Contacted Gary who responded quickly with a visit and gave great advice regarding appropriate security improvements, Got an Alarm installed which was done quickly and efficiently with a lot of help on how this worked . Gary and his team were always friendly and responsive. Would definitely use again.

Gary provided excellent services :
Serviced the home alarm and upgraded the system i.e. additional door sensors and multifunction activation fob. Showed me how to use the alarm for different situations.
Installed a CCTV system that covered my property to my satisfaction.
Replaced the locks (front, back and conservatory doors) with more secure hardware.
Plus left no mess, and surveyed the property before providing a quote.

We contacted Homeland Security as we needed a new (much less ancient) home security system installed. Gary came out promptly and met with us to go through what improvements could be made to the property to make it more secure, giving us a list of small changes we could make ourselves, and following up a very reasonable quote for an entire new home alarm system and garage anchor points. He turned up on time for installation of the device, and he and his team were polite at all times. We would very much recommend Homeland Security.

Following a recent break in at my house, I contacted Gary at Homeland Security and Investigations to request that he attend and carry out a security survey on my property and thereafter supply and install an alarm. Gary arrived on time as arranged and in a very short time was able to give advice on the type of alarm required and how it would best be installed and setup. Gary talked us through the various settings and gave us a demo. He guided us through the installation of the app on our mobile phones. Finally, he offered that should we have any future enquiries, we should not hesitate to contact him again. Very professional service. Highly recommend!

I can't fault Gary's work - it was excellent. He gave suitable advice for our situation when quoting, and was also patient and polite dealing with all my questions. He was thorough with his installation, ensuring that everything I had requested was covered, and also making sure that we understood how the new system worked - not just verbally explaining and then leaving, but going through the motions and then asking us to do the same.
I had to contact him the next day to sort out a technical problem (on my part, nothing to do with him) and he was prompt in replying and talked me through troubleshooting over the phone.
