Hero Locksmith turned up quickly and did the job well and in a friendly manner. I'd certainly use them again if I needed their services.

Richard was quick to take my initial call, able to carry out the work later the same day, and was professional, courteous and helpful when he visited our home. He replaced the locks on both our front door and our rear conservatory, explaining how and why he was using particular products and advantages they had on the existing locks. Not only that, he improved the action of the doors, gave us some maintenance tips, and was friendly throughout. Definitely to be recommended.

I got locked out of my flat and wanted him to come and get through the door and then replace the locks which I think one was a mortise and one was a yale type. The yale one he managed to open without damaging it, but the only way through the mortise one was to drill it out. He did that, got the door open and then fitted a new one. I asked him to replace the yale one at the same time while he was here which he did [this wasn't required it was just my preference]. He also cut 4 pairs of extra spare keys for me and tested them all. [2 keys were included for each lock already, I just prefer to have a lot of spare keys]. I often feel very anxious with people coming to my flat, but he was really friendly and happy to help. I've used him a few times now. He was easy to contact on the phone and arrived really quickly.

Richard was very easy to get ahold of - always quick to answer or calls back promptly if he's unable to. He came out to the address within an hour of being called to replace a lock on the front door which was sorted in 15 minutes.

Price was very fair and done quickly with a bank transfer.

Richard also had a quick look at a loose fitting interior lock (missing a screw) and sorted that without any extra charge.

I later decided I wanted an extra couple of keys cut and he asked, as it was dinner time, if I could head to his residence to meet him at his van which was totally understandable. He didn't hesitate to pop out and cut the keys there and then in 5 minutes.

I 'phoned on a Saturday before Xmas and expected to leave a message to advise I was having difficulty with the lock. The 'phone was answered by Richard. Within 45 minutes he was at the door. The lock was changed for a better one and the requested 5 keys were supplied all at a modest price. I was very impressed. Richard was a joy to do business with. Good service, good price, good manners and good to be able to recommend him.

I was locked out on a Saturday night, called Hero locksmith and they arrived very quickly. Got me back into the house in no time! Opened the door with no damaged and reunited me with my dog. Could not thank them enough!

Called asking for help with regards to a broken lock. I asked if he could come at a specific time which he did. He called in advance to make sure it was still convenient. Advised what the problem was and gave me a few different options as to how to rectify the situation. Prices given which were extremely reasonable, new lock fitted and some minor adjustments completed to door. Great service would definitely recommend.

Great service, called to enquire for a quote for communal stairwell lock repair, offered great advice and provided telephone quote - cheaper than others. Richard arrived within an hour of calling, repaired lock.

Called Richard, 3 months later as I was locked out of my flat, he provided a telephone quote and arrived within an hour. Removed and replaced mortice deadlock and I was back in my flat quickly. No damage to door and new keys cut, professional service, highly recommend - wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Have used Richard on a couple of occasions for different jobs. Most recent one was pretty complex, for a bespoke door on an old property. He was very reliable and went out of his way to get the work done at a time that suited me. Would happily recommend. He presents as a very trustworthy and nice person.

I had several quotes to change the lock on a communal stairwell and Richard's was significantly cheaper than the others. He quickly assessed the problem during a telephone conversation and advised, contrary to other locksmiths I spoke to, that it was only the barrel that needed replaced, not the entire unit.

He was happy to carry out the work on a Saturday morning and arrived punctually. He replaced the barrel, cut keys for all the residents and tested them, all within 40 minutes. Job done!

Delighted with the service. Was locked out of my apartment. Called at 17.40 and locksmith was out and had me in the apartment within 40 minutes. Really good value for money aswell. Extremely friendly. Would 100% recommend and use again but hopefully I won't have to!
