Our boiler had completely stopped working leaving us with no heating or hot water. I contacted Hermitage Heating Solutions because they had been recommended to us by word of mouth.

I texted the company’s mobile number out of hours and received a response the same evening which was completely unexpected. I was offered a visit the following day and after identifying the problem, I was issued with a very reasonable quote for repair, so we went ahead. We couldn’t be happier with the service and that our boiler, which had a faulty fan, was fixed so quickly!

Throughout the process, Gary, who we dealt with, kept us fully informed, he was honest and helpful and was keen to make sure we had the amenities we needed. I’m not sure what more he could have done.

After this experience we would highly recommend the company and we will definitely use them again in future.

Gary carried out our annual boiler and gas fire service. He previously installed a new boiler and gas fire for us and has carried out various gas and plumbing jobs for us over many years. He has always been an excellent professional in everything he has done for us, is courteous and clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for gas, heating and plumbing work.

Gary is very professional and delivers a consistent and complete service each and every time. This was no different. He works well to organise with tenant's to conveniently schedule work and is always prompt and customer friendly. His prices are fair and his knowledge is deep. Gary came to service our gas fire. He arrived timeously and carried out a thorough inspection and clean of the inside of the fire and surroundings. After the service and subsequent gas leak and pressure check, the fire was performing beautifully. He is a very personable young man and enjoys a good joke and banter!

Hermitage Heating solutions completed a full central heating installation at our flat in Stockbridge. This included installing a combi boiler, including an external flue fitted to meet the planning requirements of a flat in a listed property. Additionally radiators were installed in all rooms.
The work was completed to an excellent standard, on time & within budget. Hermitage were very flexible as I had to defer their start date at short notice. They also worked well with the other trades involved in the flat refurbishment.
