Hermitage Heating Solutions

I contacted Hermitage Heating Solutions a few weeks ago to look at issues with our heating system and advice on replacing radiator and TRVs. Gary came out a few days later provided excellent advice and very reasonable quote for works which we were happy to proceed with. Gary arranged date for works and this was completed today replacing a radiator to larger one in bedroom and other works including replacing TRV. Previous quotes from elsewhere have been much higher. Couldn’t fault the service received from Gary and will use his services again in future.

I contacted Gary initially as our existing gas central heating boiler was not service listed by British Gas therefore we were advised to replace the system. Before I had managed to contact companies for quotes, our heating system stopped working so gary came out very quickly to look at the problem. ( the water pressure was too low so he quickly remedied this for us ) I then explained about the system not being service listed & Gary said that he would be able to replace the whole gas boiler system , renewing the copper pipes and issuing us with a wireless thermostat and co 2 alarm. He came on the date arranged and worked very hard all day to ensure that we had a workable new boiler. He was very professional and tidy and respectful and the price was very reasonable as well. This also comes with a 10 year manufacturing guarantee which is great. Thank you Gary - I would highly recommend him for business

Gary came out to replace a valve on a radiator in my bedroom. While he was here, he recommended I install a magnetic filter on my boiler as one wasn’t installed by the previous owner. I appreciated the suggestion and the extra information he gave me to make an informed decision. Gary is super efficient, quick to reply and does the job well- would happily recommend him!

We had a new gas boiler fitted. Despite various issues caused by the previous boiler installation, this was completed in one day because Gary worked without a break to ensure that we had hot water before he left us. Extremely reliable and excellent value for money. Can't recommend highly enough for new installation or servicing.

Got a boiler serviced and both taps in bathroom replaced due to one being faulty/old.
Was very easy to get in contact with the company when needed, the work was arranged and carried very quickly and to a high standard. Very easy to pay the invoice and seems high value for money.
Company was friendly to speak to and as a result of all these points would definitely consider using again in future if required.

Gary has come out to fix our very old boiler in our previous flat and has carried out servicing on our new boiler in our current property. His prices are extremely competitive, he’s reliable and he’s very friendly and respectful of our property too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We had our gas fire and boiler serviced. Great service , friendly, punctual, explained everything well, neat tidy worker. Went above and beyond to try and find a part for our very old fire, sadly so old there wasn't one but we appreciated him taking the time to try.

I recently moved into a property with a boiler, which was my first time owning a place with gas, so my first port of call was to find a gas engineer to service the boiler. Gary was professional, efficient and gave me some helpful tips about how to work the heating and make sure the boiler continues to function well. I have just had a complete new heating system fitted by Gary and I'm delighted with the job from start to finish.
He has been very professional and helpful at all stages of the job.
As I was having all the pipe work under the floor and upstairs renewed I expected a lot of disruption to my flooring at the end of the job (laminate flooring) but there was very little at all. My house was also left clean and tidy.
Gary has also done a thorough job of servicing and cleaning my gas fire.
I will most certainly use Gary again for any further work.
