I needed a new isolator tap on a kitchen pipe. Hermitage Heating Solutions provided a swift and competitive quote, followed a few days later by a friendly and competent plumber who just got stuck in and completed the job, but not without explaining what he was doing as he went.

Boiler installation, Gary is an amazing engineer and provided exceptional workmanship, clean and tidy working, explained everything in detail, has great knowledge of his trade and is genuinely happy to help. We weren't getting hot water from our boiler and contacted Hermitage Heating Solutions for help. They responded very quickly and were also able to resolve the issue quickly. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Great customer care.

Gary at Hermitage Heating Solutions was recommended by the electrician I used to rewire my house. Prompt response to my email, clear communication, fast initial service to look at boiler find the fault abd mark as unsafe to use! Parts sourced and fitted very quickly, boiler up and running and serviced - safe to use. Great cost as well. Highly recommend.

On March 15-16 we got our ancient boiler replaced and a new radiator in a bedroom. Gary didn't finish until the boiler could be used that night and worked without stopping next day to install the radiator. A bonus was that the bill was £100 less than the estimate. Gary was easy to deal with throughout and I would strongly recommend him for his work ethic and customer service.

Gary turned this around so quick, it was all done and dusted (pun not intended, he left the place spotless) within 2 weeks. Upon inspection, he didn't actually need to do some bits he thought he would have to do so he adjusted the quote I got down, which was great for me and honest of him. Couldn't recommend Gary more; if I ever have anything else I need done reliable, I will definitely call him first.

Contacted Gary for a boiler repair and service. He replied and carried out the work quickly, advising on the best and most ecomonical repair. He was polite and friendly throughout. Very pleased and would definitely use again!

Gary installed a number of refurbished cast iron radiators for us. The job was far from straightforward due to the size and weight of the radiators, and requirement to move/replace a lot of the pipes.
The quality of Gary's work is exceptional - he clearly takes pride in providing a high quality finish, with the minimum mess and damage to floors and walls etc. He was great to deal with throughout and very fairly priced. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending him.
