I have just had a complete new heating system fitted by Gary and I'm delighted with the job from start to finish.
He has been very professional and helpful at all stages of the job.
As I was having all the pipe work under the floor and upstairs renewed I expected a lot of disruption to my flooring at the end of the job (laminate flooring) but there was very little at all. My house was also left clean and tidy.
Gary has also done a thorough job of servicing and cleaning my gas fire.
I will most certainly use Gary again for any further work.

Needed a new radiator fitted but pipework was odd. Hermitage managed to fit chrome piping to match radiator without lifting bathroom floor and it looks fine. Very pleased

On March 15-16 we got our ancient boiler replaced and a new radiator in a bedroom. Gary didn't finish until the boiler could be used that night and worked without stopping next day to install the radiator. A bonus was that the bill was £100 less than the estimate. Gary was easy to deal with throughout and I would strongly recommend him for his work ethic and customer service.

Gary turned this around so quick, it was all done and dusted (pun not intended, he left the place spotless) within 2 weeks. Contacted Gary for a boiler repair and service. He replied and carried out the work quickly, advising on the best and most ecomonical repair. He was polite and friendly throughout. Very pleased and would definitely use again!

Gary installed a number of refurbished cast iron radiators for us. The job was far from straightforward due to the size and weight of the radiators, and requirement to move/replace a lot of the pipes.

The quality of Gary's work is exceptional - he clearly takes pride in providing a high quality finish, with the minimum mess and damage to floors and walls etc. He was great to deal with throughout and very fairly priced. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending him.

We got our boiler moved and replaced. This was a lot of work and I was really impressed that Gary managed to do it in 1.5 days start to finish even with a few unexpected things.

I am throughly impressed with the fantastic work Gary has done. Every part of the process was professional and well done. Gary was really fast to come out and view the problem and provided a quote before any of the other companies who also came out did (and required no chasing). He replied to all my queries promptly with detailed and inciteful replies. The repairs we required needed additional tradespeople such as electricians and core cutters and they were lovely too, arrived at the correct times and did a great job.

The work required lifting floorboards and a lot of effort and care was taken to lift the boards with minimal damage. As the work took over a day I was expecting him to leave some of the floorboards up overnight and some general mess from the work but he placed back all the floorboards and hoovered up even though he was back the next morning and had to remove them again. The house was left really clean after the work was completed too. I appreciated his attention to detail, just small things like matching the colour of outside pipe the condensate runs into to the colour of the downpipe (unlike all the neighbours which have just ran an unsightly white pipe).

Gary's work is excellent, he is cheery and helpful and gave great advice and guidance. I am definitely adding him to my roster of tradespeople I recommend to friends and colleagues.

We needed a gas fire disconnected and a gas inspection and being local to us he was able to give us an appointment very quickly. Hermitage heating solutions replaced a broken tap for me. The old tap had a leak and had rusted tight shut, so it was not an easy job! Nonetheless HHS did a great job sorting it. Would definitely recommend.

Our boiler had completely stopped working leaving us with no heating or hot water. I contacted Hermitage Heating Solutions because they had been recommended to us by word of mouth.

I texted the company’s mobile number out of hours and received a response the same evening which was completely unexpected. I was offered a visit the following day and after identifying the problem, I was issued with a very reasonable quote for repair, so we went ahead. We couldn’t be happier with the service and that our boiler, which had a faulty fan, was fixed so quickly!

Throughout the process, Gary, who we dealt with, kept us fully informed, he was honest and helpful and was keen to make sure we had the amenities we needed. I’m not sure what more he could have done.

Hermitage Heating solutions completed a full central heating installation at our flat in Stockbridge. This included installing a combi boiler, including an external flue fitted to meet the planning requirements of a flat in a listed property. Additionally radiators were installed in all rooms.
The work was completed to an excellent standard, on time & within budget. Hermitage were very flexible as I had to defer their start date at short notice. They also worked well with the other trades involved in the flat refurbishment.
