We are a frindly family run bussiness that has been in operaton since 1981, in that time we have been proudly building trust with customers and increasing our customer base with lots of reccomendations from existing customers.
For over 40 years we have been repairing and installing boilers in Edinburgh the Lothians and Fife.
Our focus is providing a valuable service to our customers. Using our extensive experties, knowlage and experience to restore heating and hot water safely into customers homes.
We take pride in being reliable, friendly and having good customer communication.

Boiler stopped working so no hot water or heating. Simon came next morning and quickly diagnosed a faulty pump. Arranged a colleague to pick up a new one while he dealt with another call out. Came back within an hour and installed the new pump within an hour. Brilliant!

I have used Gaswarm for many jobs over the years from full gas central heating installations to annual gas and PAT safety checks. I have found them efficient, friendly and always professional.
They arrive in smart signwritten vans and clothing. An invoice is promptly sent for the services offered.
