In October 2012 GW & JS Roofing LLP was established with partners Guy Wright (Guy Wright Ltd ) & Jason Staines (JAS Roofing Specialist Ltd), We’re delighted to say that things have gone from strength to strength and our new company was incorporated on 13th February 2014 and trading commenced from 1st July 2014.

We appreciate our customers and believe we are big enough to matter and small enough to care. Our personal aims are to share our experiences over the past 30 years with valued customers and ensure our work is to 100% quality standards carried out by fully qualified tradesmen.

We recently used the services of GW & JS Construction Services to secure & re-bed 4 off loose Hip Ridge Tiles on our roof.
The service provided was quick and efficient: work completed within five days of initial contact.
The completed work appears to be robust (Tiles firmly secured) when compare to all the other remaining Hip Ridge Tiles on the Roof.

Having used GW and JS Construction on numerous occasions I am happy to say that I am extremely pleased with their service and the standard of their work. They are always willing to attend at short notice and the staff in both the office and on the job are always extremely helpful and always make sure jobs are completed to a very high standard. Very prompt service. Quoted within a couple of days of getting in touch and we're happy to wait for me to talk to my insurance company. Their quote was very competitive and they provided photos.
They kept in touch at all stages of the work and kept me informed as to when they could come. I can't recommend the company highly enough and, while I hope not to have to use them again, would have no hesitation in doing so.

This is my second time using GW & JS Construction Ltd for a roofing issue. Had a leak with an old conservatory roof right at the join of the house roof that was only going to get worse. Contacted Jason who had dealt with a roof issue in a previous property from a few years back and it was nice that he remembered me. We discussed the issue and he came round prepared with all the relevant tools. Jason was able to mend the potential issue the same day. He showed me the damage and repair with before and after photos and explained what was repaired and realistic expectancy of the repair. We discussed potential options with the existing old creaky roof which will really help with long term decisions.
I am absolutely delighted that there was no fuss, no mess and that I was able to use Jason’s services again as I was so impressed with the professionalism the first time. Complete piece of mind.

First class worksmanship and attention to detail. A highly-experienced stonemason carried out the actual work and went the extra mile to ensure it was completed to his very high standards. Complete confidence in this construction company from start to finish, all aspects of the work from estimating to scheduling to completion were handled prompty, efficiently and to a high professional standard.

GW & JS Construction came round very quickly in response to my request for a quote. He carried out a detailed survey of my house and showed me photos of areas which needed work.
He supplied a quote the next day and did not pressure me in any way to proceed with this. We obtained quotes from two other firms for the same work which were 50% and 90% more expensive!
There work has been completed and it looks to be of a very high standard.
We are very please we went with GW & JS and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second job I have used this company for as I was so impressed the first time. The service and their communication is second to none and the workmanship cannot be faulted. Really nice guys too. We have just had our rhones, downpipes and facings prepared and painted. Some companies might have gone ahead and painted them despite the cold weather but they were honest enough to let us know the consequences should they have carried on. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate in using them again.
