Our sash window became suddenly stuck in a dangerous open position.

I called Edinburgh Professional Decor and managed to reach Slavic directly. He and Michael came by the same day. They promised to do what they could, but were also open about the possibility of the job being outside their expertise.

As it happens, they were able to get the window closed, fix the issue and show that it was no longer stuck, and for a very reasonable fee. They explained exactly what had happened and the needed next steps by a sash window specialist. I’m very relieved, and very happy with the service. Five stars!

Job: Full preparation and painting of duplex apartment comprising walls, ceilings and woodwork and application of fresh sealant to window frames.

The service provided by Slawek and Michal was exemplary - both in terms of materials used, quality of finish, attention to detail and their courteous and professional manner throughout the four day job.

Slavek and Michael stripped old wallpaper from kitchen ceiling. Prepared then plastered ceiling. Sanded ceiling then painted ceiling and walls. The sanding was virtually dust free ! Unbelievable.
EPD team are professional, punctual, polite, considerate and very tidy workers, who were very respectful of property. They took great care in masking around kitchen units and protecting worktops, floor and other fixtures and fittings.
Very happy with the final result, would use EPD again and would recommend to others.

They plastered my kitchen which was full of cracks, holes, and old paint and wallpaper marks. Did a perfect job, left the wall spotless and ready for me to paint. They were extremely communicative, courteous, and tidy, with clear communication about when they would come by, and why, and what to do. Would definitely recommend for plastering jobs!
