We had a new boiler installed by Celsius some time ago, unfortunately we failed to keep up the yearly maintenance contract, so when the boiler did eventually develop a fault we called Celsius. They waved away the fact that we had not maintained the boiler in a timely manner, they order the part and had it replaced within a couple of days!! And when they billed us for the work, they did not punish us for not rigidly sticking to the maintenance terms....

Would highly recommend Michael and his team. They arrived when they said they would, I even got an Uber style tracking map to view the engineer arriving to my house! As a health and safety officer, I was pleased to see the engineer carry out a pre-works risk assessment on his tablet before starting work. The job report was also great with the work done to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Gas boiler service. Engineer (Michael) let me know when he was arriving, arrived when he said he would, was organised and tidy. He was keen to answer any questions I might have and explained clearly what work he’d done. Good communication at all times.

Slickest plumbers in town. Great company to deal with. They helped install some new pipes in my kitchen and outside in the garden. They arrived on time. Communicated effectively throughout the process and did a great job.

I’ve used Celsius a few times now, for a replacement boiler, insulation and servicing. I’d highly recommend this business - the staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Even at short notice they’ll do their best to accommodate. Particularly commendable for the work they do with the elderly at cold times of the year. Pricing is highly competitive and work is always thorough - no return visits like with other tradesmen I’ve used before.
