Replaced the fan in my Vaillant boiler. Came day one and diagnosed problem came back next day with new fan and fixed it. Total cost about £400 for both visits and fan. I thought that was excellent service and reasonable price given the cost of a new fan. I felt confident enough to go out the second day while Aiden was working on the fan. Very trustworthy, left no mess, Covid aware behaviour. Highly recommend.

Very good service and wore all safety equipment when in the house, wiped all surfaces clean after work was complete. Aiden also replaced my carbon monoxide alarm as he noticed it had expired in May.

We booked a boiler service and got an appointment the following day. The engineer arrived on time, with excellent communication beforehand and wearing the relevant PPE for his and our safety. He was polite, cheerful and very helpful. Excellent service, thank you.

Boiler service... called on Friday afternoon having been let down by a well known company... by 1100 Monday morning the job was done and the paperwork was emailed to me later the same day. Extremely happy customer.

Had a leaking toilet..Gave Celsius a call and spoke to Sebastian. He sent Andrew out the next morning. He was on time, courteous and had it all sorted quickly. I've used Celsius twice now and will again.

Renewed two tap washers
He fixed the flow of water which although the tap had been turned of was still running. Sebastian our first point of of call said to find the stopcock and turn the water off which we did.
We had no water supply for about 3 hours then Mark came he was very polite and kept us informed of what he needed to do.

Celsius came out twice, once as an emergency to stop a running toilet, then to replace the flush mechanism on the toilet. They were excellent, they had a very efficient booking system and a brilliant app that let's you track the engineer on their way to you. Both Mark and Andrew, the engineers, were professional, courteous and did an excellent job... in full PPE, and with social distancing. Also excellent customer service from Sebastian on the phone, I will use them again.

Called them to fix a faulty toilet. Excellent customer service from the first phone call arranging a visit for the following day and being open and transparent about the payment in advance. The plumber who came out was very professional and he worked fast. Overall I was very happy with the service. However, the hourly rate was more expensive than other plumbers I've used. I would definitely use them again for a leak or emergency job.

Michael helped me figure out how to change my boiler from ECO to pre-heat as I have had it that way since our last service, thought it would save us more money and forgot what they said to change it back, luckily we didn't need to get an engineer out for an issue as simple as pressing in the ECO button! As I had shown him my boiler, he also pointed out that my boiler pressure was at 0 and showed me how to top it back up again. Ailie was also very helpful over the phone as well and passed me over to Michael. Highly recommend this company!

I have used Celsius a couple of times. One for boiler service and a radiator repair and this time for a toilet cistern fault.
Both times the engineers have been awesome and the job carried out professionally and competently.
The engineer for this recent job was great, rang me before arriving and was right on time. He was friendly, Explained what he was doing and just got on with the job. Quality of work was great and He tidied up the bathroom after he had completed work. Thanks a million!
