I just had Celsius plumbing complete a new boiler install and radiators. The job was neat and tidy and all working as designed. In fact no issues whatsoever. A great job was completed.

The company has been brilliant when we 1st called them out they came as fast and soon as possible. They explained everything in detail what was wrong and got back to us with a price then within few days they came and done the job. The engineer was great he wore Ppe and went through everything with us. They are great company not over priced will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Celsius plumbing were excellent from first contact to last. Mark arrived on our initial call out to troubleshoot our issue. Then Michael arrived a few days later to fix and service our boiler. Both times we were kept well informed and updated of when to expect them. Also given the current circumstances, all PPE and social distancing practises were precise and clearly explained. Office staff were very helpful, with invoicing and payment made easy.

Blocked sink drain
Andrew Allison was totally brilliant and solved a problem which a previous plumber (from a different firm) had failed to do. He was pleasant, friendly and certainly the very best plumber I have ever had. I would give him one hundred stars plus and would hope that when I have a gas fire serviced later in the year that Andrew would be able to do it for me.

This was a boiler service for the boiler installed by Celsius three years ago.
The firm contacted me with a reminder, booked the service and confirmed this by email. They also gave a time frame and said the engineer, Keith would call ahead when on his way.All this was very reassuring.
Keith was professional and courteous, and left the kitchen spotless, he had disinfected surfaces before leaving

We are very impressed with how Celsius have responded to the current lockdown situation. We had fears about letting anyone outside of the immediate family into the house for fears of COVID spreading however they have totally taken care of our fears in the very thorough process they have implemented. Well done Celsius.

I used the free virtual help service that Celsius has set up to help customers during the COVID 19 situation. It was to fix a small leak with our washing machine u bend.
Mark was brilliant on a video call talking me through how to fix the problem and he was extremely helpful with his advice.
Sebastian was great at setting it all up and I was really impressed he called me afterwards to make sure everything went OK.
It is fantastic to see a company providing a service like this as this difficult time and they should be commended.

Responded to an emergency call at 6am and was on site by 7.30 to rectify the issue. The service was quick, efficient and would definitely use them again for an emergency.

I had a leak in my boiler repaired. The work was done promptly and the repair was fine (so far). However, what people need to be aware of when contracting this company is that they charge 90 pounds even if they are unable to do the repair work when they visit. This is what happened to me. They then quoted me for the full cost of the repair. So effectively you pay 90 pounds to get a quote. That sum does not come off the repair bill. Some people, including the Trusted Trader representative that I communicated with after submitting a complaint, seem to think that is fine. I don't, although I do understand their frustration when people get a quote for work from them and then proceed to contract someone else. They say that this is fair recompense for the time the sometimes spend diagnosing the problem. Maybe, but in my business I spend far more time preparing bids and quotes and sometimes I don't get the contract. As far as I'm concerned that's a normal part of doing business.

Leaking pipe in the middle of lock down. Quickly and easily repaired, disinfected everything he touched on the way out. Have used this company several times before, prices are reasonable and work always first class and done by knowledgeable people.
