Leaky radiator causing low pressure. Although, as it turned out, it was a straight forward fix I had no idea what to do hence the call out. The guy explained everything he was doing so learnt a lot from the information. Friendly informative and quick.

I was needing to install a new boiler. Celsius is professional and efficient (and friendly) from start to finish (obtaining quotes and installation). Mike and Bruce are superb at the job (and have a great sense of humour) and are able to answer all the questions that I had. You feel they are a team that you can 100 % trust. Hopefully I won't be needing another new boiler for the next while but would definitely recommend this company to anyone and happy to have Celsius to do any future work for my flat.

Had same problems shortly after Celsius carried out boiler repair. Issue was clearly not fixed. Had no heating or hot water (at a particularly cold time) and was told it would be a week before they could come again. To try getting someone else. Paid again for a different company who fixed it properly.

The boiler had broken down late Friday afternoon. I phoned Celsius and spoke with Monique who did her best over the phone to try to get it working again. By this time it was too late to get an engineer so we had an out of hours appointment booked for the following day. Despite me constantly changing my mind about the timing of the engineer appointment she remained very patient and obliging.
Aiden (the engineer) changed his schedule to accommodate an important visit that we had, explained everything about what he was doing and was also very helpful.
My overriding impression was that I was dealing with an organisation that was very professional and had my best interests at heart. Well done Celsius.
