I did not actually have any work done, however Bolton came to give me a quote for work that needs done on my roof on the morning of February 4th and I am still waiting for the quote, after 2 emails and 4 phonecalls, all citing a backlog in quotes and work. A 2 month backlog for a quote?!!

Perhaps not the quickest but very pleased with the work carried out and their wish to do a quality job for us. Clear communication on estimates, costs and invoicing and did not chase for payment until the job was successfully completed, overall we were very pleased.

Very satisfied. They listened to my explanation of our roofing/downpipe problem, discussed possible solutions , agreed what they would do, and did it promptly. They did a good job with minimum disruption and cleared up afterwards.

Bolton have been doing repairs on our tenement for at least 5 years, most recently removing some plant growth and repointing high level masonry, fixing slates and cleaning rhones. Work always been good, a little delayed while waiting for scaffolders.

For 22 years they have been keeping our new town roof in order . A family business with limited manpower so one needs to book in advance but EXCELLENT workmen and always very responsive and highest quality work

Overall very professional roofing contractor. Kept all appointments with me.
Explained issues with my roof in terms I could understand and made recommendations for fixing the issues. When further issues were uncovered after removing roof tiles, Robin the contractor notified me promptly and showed me firm evidence of problem with rotting timber.
In my opinion an honest trustworthy company.

Bolton Roofing replaced the cast-iron rhones and some downpipes on our 1920s bungalow. Robin did a thorough survey and his in-depth knowledge was very helpful in discussing what was needed. The team worked hard, cleaned up thoroughly, and we are very pleased with the finished job.

I've used Bolton Roofing for over 20 years and they always do a really great job. Unlike so many other tradesmen they are completely honest, reliable and trustworthy and do quality work so I continue to go back to them and will do in the years to come!
