Bolton Roofing came out at very short notice and then again over the weekend during storm Amy to help protect our property from damage caused by roofing felt being ripped off. Emergency repairs carried out during the storm and further work once access was safer. First class service.

Our roof was checked over, quoted and all work done extremely timeously.
Linda was brilliant and oversaw everything, confirming with the boys they had done everything as instructed. A red faced young man arrived next day apologising he had missed a bit and putting all to rights. Excellent service in my book, making sure all work completed.

Downpipe repaired and rewelded to rhone. They turned up on time for the estimate, were realistic about the dates they could do the job, the guys did a good, tidy job, and the final bill was below the estimate. Very happy wth the service and price and would definitely recommend again.

We instructed Bolton Roofing Contractors to undertake work to our roof. The company notified us when their scaffold was to be erected. We were kept informed of progress during the works and supplied with photographs to show us what had been done. The roof was left tidy and in good order.

Bolton Roofing replaced a vent that had blown off in a storm, as well as a number of slates that were broken or twisted. They have done several jobs on our roof over a number of years, from small 'services' like this to replacing the roofs on our dormer windows. I have always been pleased with their understanding of the job, the standard of work, and their attention to detail.

I had a roof repair thoroughly done, after a previous roofer had charged a serious amount of money for carrying out an ineffectual repair.
Boltons were thorough both in the identification of the problem and in the effective solution.
The roofers carrying out the job, could not have been better both in terms of quality and efficiency in actually doing the job but also in helpfulness and taking a pride in leaving the work area clean and tidy once they were finished. This company will now be my “go to” roofing firm.

Bolton have been doing repairs on our tenement for at least 5 years, most recently removing some plant growth and repointing high level masonry, fixing slates and cleaning rhones. Work always been good, a little delayed while waiting for scaffolders.

"We had a small leak, some tiles that needed replacing, and a new skylight window to install. Bolton Roofing was excellent from start to finish. Linda came out to survey the work at a time that suited me, and they provided a very competitive quote promptly. The work was arranged quickly (despite delays on my end) and carried out professionally to an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend Linda and her team at Bolton Roofing. The most professional Trader I've used, I would happily use them again.
I needed work done to identify and resolve a problem resulting in some damp above my front door.
Bolton were clear and accurate on all timescales (when assessment would be done, how long quote would take to prepare, when to expect the work being done, how long it would take to complete).
The areas needing work were clearly explained and shown to me before and after, and documented with images in the quote/invoice.

We had cast iron bespoke gutters replaced, slate work overhauled and verge and stonework repointing.
From the quoting process all the way through, Bolton roofing were thorough and professional.
The team on the property worked tirelessly, and were extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. The two sets of gutter replacements look great, as does the stonework, and we trust the replacements will now avoid further additional water ingress damaging the stonework further.
Thanks to Linda and colleagues also for taking the time to physically attend the property in person on a number of occasions to explain when we had any questions, concerns or queries.

The work was the replacement of the roof felting on a large and complicated part of the roof of our house. It also involved dismantling of some roof tiles and gutters and replacement.
The job was carried out very professionally and with great care by the team from Bolton!

Perhaps not the quickest but very pleased with the work carried out and their wish to do a quality job for us. Clear communication on estimates, costs and invoicing and did not chase for payment until the job was successfully completed, overall we were very pleased.
