Repair work to roof ridge, replacement of broken slates and cleaning of gutters all completed as planned, with excellent communication before and after the work. On the day the roofers were pleasand and helpful. Comprehensive set of photos helped me know exactly what state the roof was in before, and demonstrated the new materials and work done after. I will have no hesitation in using this company again

I was recommended Bolton Roofing by a friend in the building trade and they were excellent. Ahead of the works, the communication and ongoing dialogue was just right. The team worked super hard to help me hit a deadline for completion and the end result is really stunning.

Bolton Roofing replaced my entire house flat roof. They provided a very detailed quote, offered a 20 year warranty on the felt, and carried out the work exactly as they said they would. The finished roof is a work of art. Very neat and clean finish with an exceptional attention to detail. They also provided excellent customer service as I asked many many questions prior and during the work!

The recent work carried out was a replacement ventilation shaft on the roof of our building, it was a bit of a tricky job as any rainwater was falling through the ceiling onto the ground floor of the stair, Bolton Roofing pinpointed the problem and carried out the repair for us as quickly as they could despite the heavy snowfall we've had, we have used this company many times before and always found their work to be 1st class and the roofers very pleasant men.

We have had to use Bolton Roofing on several occasions to address problems (and leaks) on the roof of a large 1872 house. They have given excellent advice and service everytime. We really appreciated the quality of service when the FRB has been closed and the team made the journey via Kincardine to complete a relatively small job. Thank you Bolton Roofing.

With hindsight I realise I omitted some very relevant information from my review dated 1st September. The communal down pipe and ogee gutter work i mentioned started out as a suspected leaking gutter but closer inspection from a cherry picker revealed a more complicated problem and a temporary repair was completed the same day. Robin Bolton followed this up with a comprehensive letter explaining the problem as they had found it, the temporary repair they had carried out that day and the additional work required to sovle the problem, accompanied by several clear before and after photographs. It is so helpful - and so rare- to have complicated roof problems explained and illustrated in a way that is easy for everyone to understand. It makes such a difference when you can have confidence in a reliable and helpful team.

This is the third year that Bolton Roofers LTD have been involved in the tenements maintenence and repair plan.
14 owners are pro-actively committed to this plan and Robin Bolton and his team have work with us in a very effective way. The annual cost for each owner is approximately £300.

We had the chimney removed and rebuilt, a cracked lintel replaced, gutters fixed and tiles replaced. Linda and her team were focussed and professional and I felt that she had our back-when things didnt quite go as planned with the stone masons. She kept work ticking over at a good pace and Cadien and she kept us updated throughout. This was a big and dreaded piece of work for us, and it was completed beautifully, and we felt that we could trust everyone that came on site including the guys who were sub contracted (scaffolders were lovely guys) I highly recommend Linda's team at Bolton

Our roof was checked over, quoted and all work done extremely timeously.
Linda was brilliant and oversaw everything, confirming with the boys they had done everything as instructed. A red faced young man arrived next day apologising he had missed a bit and putting all to rights. Excellent service in my book, making sure all work completed.

I contacted Bolton Roofing after high winds caused damage to the roof of my home. The service I received was excellent starting from the professionalism of the staff member I spoke to on the phone, the identification of the work involved and work undertaken.
