I had a new kitchen/breakfast bar created and a new room created from the old kitchen. All the trades involved were used through Aspire and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend them, as the workforce were reliable and good value for money. Even when I asked for extra items to be added to the list, it was not a problem.

Aspire have been brilliant on the two occasions we’ve used them. The first time they were able to come on the same day I contacted them, and for the second job they came round next day. Fantastic service and value. Barry is a legend, kept us in the loop throughout both jobs and was very efficient. Would happy to recommend Aspire and use again in future.

Called out to deal with a backed up/blocked system and to fix a leaking tap. Called to say could come early, gave great advice, fixed issues, Covid safe and friendly. Second time I have used this company and would do so again. Melanie is always friendly and polite on the phone. Barry is trustworthy, expert and knowledgable.

The pipe behind our washing machine was leaking. The problem was fixed in good time and the plumber was not only professional and efficient he was also nice to talk to. We will not hesitate to use Aspire in the future.

We had a problem with the hot water in our flat. A plumber from another company had told us that we needed a new boiler. We wanted another opinion so we called Aspire Trade Services Ltd. They made an appointment quickly. Their plumber came on time and sorted the problem right there and then and saved us a lot of money. Our tenants found him to be helpful and friendly, he showed them what the problem was and how they could fix it in the future.

Our boiler broke down on a freezing day. The engineer from Aspire turned up ASAP, followed Covid safety rules, ID'd the problem and parts and gave a quote. As soon as parts were available they fixed our boiler which has had no issues since. Polite, courteous telephone operator. Knowledgeable and helpful engineer. Cannot fault them and will definitely use them again.

No complaints at all. Old boiler removed and new one fitted in a different location. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and when a couple of complications arose after fitting they were sorted out without delay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Needed new shower fitted after trying another firm they could not fit through gap to taps.
However Aspires engineer was much more knowledgeable and realised their was a small shut off valve on plastic pipe and did not need to reach the unreachable!!!!
Well done to him and worth the extra cost to have some one who found a solution to a problem rather than not even try or take the time look a bit closer.

Guys came round to fix a leak when everyone else said they were too busy. Turned up within 2 hours and had the leak fixed within an hour. I have a really old flat with awkward plumbing so I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency.

I had a leaking kitchen tab. Booking was easy, service was quick - plumber visit lasted 5 min, job done in 2s (tighting the screw - literally) and an invoice for unexpected £78 was the only unhappy outcome of it.

Due to Covid restrictions I was unable to visit our flat in Edinburghfor six months as we live in England.
Due to the extreme weather I was concerned as the heating was not on. I arranged for Aspire to have keys and the receptionist was amazing, saying she would do her best to get an engineer to make sure everything was alright. A little while later I got a message to say Barry the heating engineer who services the boiler was going in to check all was okay.
Unbelievable service. 5 stars plus.
