I cannot recommend Apex Windows enough. Tarron the owner not only supplied and fitted a new front and back door but also supplied and fitted replacement handles for the double glazing throughout the house. As someone who works in the construction and property industry and who looks for value for money and good service, I cannot recommend Apex Windows enough.

We had a new composite front door fitted by Tarron and his assistant last week. Tarron originally arranged a visit, measured up, then came back to re-measure after contacting the manufacturers. Tarron also accommodated our specific requests in a way that suited us. Other suppliers had told us that what we wanted wasn't possible. Tarron kept us informed when there was a delay in the supply chain. Due to the extremely bad weather, he rearranged the fitting for a Saturday morning, and completed the work by early afternoon. Throughout the process, I found Tarron polite, helpful and easy to deal with. The perfect tradesman! I would thoroughly recommend Tarron to anyone thinking of getting a replacement door, although I imagine his windows would be fitted with the same care and skill.

His quality of work, attention to detail and cleanliness while working were exceptional. Our job was done quicker than expected and Tarron's communication was great. We have since had Tarron back to do another job for us as we were so happy with his work.

Tilt n turn bay window broken. Caused an inch gap wind howling through.
Few other companies said it couldn't be fixed.
I had 5 quotes ( because I'm nervous of previous botch jobs on the house) 2 out 5 got on a ladder to look. Tarron actually took the part out and knew exactly what he was doing.
I like to ask Qs, to learn. And he explained all.

He arrived when he said he would. He worked hard. He simply got on with it.
I also had all the outside of all my windows properly filled with ‘plastic’ and silicon.

He cleared up, he was very personable, polite, kind, he generally had an honest and pleasant demeanour. And the way he talked about his mum was very caring. I know thats nothing to do with windows, but it gave an indication of how he was as a person.

I would absolutely use him again.

He has a good reputation, for good reason.
And PLEASE USE HIM, AS WITH COVID his work may dry up.

We now have new insulated external doors which let in light but keep out the cold. Very happy with the product and the service throughout, from the survey to installation.

Tarron visited our house and was able to provide lots of useful advice about a replacement front door. He promptly quoted for two options and we chose to get a composite door fitted.
We were kept informed of when the door would be ready to fit and the team turned up on the arranged date and carried out a professional and tidy job.
We are delighted with the new door and the neat finish around the frame both inside and outside. A great service!
