All About Drains Limited

I have just used Tommy's (of All About Drains) services for the second time. He carried out work on my behalf yesterday (12th March 2016); he provides a prompt service and knows his stuff. On this occasion he had to move a blockage caused by food waste and moved a pipe to improve the flow.
On the previous occasion he carried out work for me (August 2015), he repaired a clay pipe which had cracked underground, which was then getting blocked with debris causing standing water. He had to open up drain access points (which someone else had concreted over), and make these good, before flushing the whole drain system for all 8 flats in a block.

Tommy arrived promptly and as arranged. He obviously knew his stuff, and was able to sort out our drain problem quickly and efficiently, and was happy to take time to explain exactly what the problem was, how he was dealing with it, and what I could do to prevent the problem recurring.

If I was unfortunate enough to have another blocked drain I'd definitely contact him first.

Plumber turned up promptly, discussed blocked drain and fixed problem within an hour. Slabs which needed lifting to access roding point were put back neatly. All very efficient, no drama from our little crisis :)

This was a call–out on a Bank Holiday. We received a prompt, courteous, tidy and professional service. I had a blocked rain down pipe. All About Drains responded to my message very quickly and came the following day. The blockage was quickly cleared by high pressure jet. I was pleased he checked to ensure it was properly cleared. Quick and pleasant to deal with.

Although in the end I didn't use their services as it turned out the problem wasn't to do with drainage, I found them very helpful and quick to respond. They were able to quickly locate the drain (which a plumber had been unable to do after an hour and a half at my property) and gave me good advice without charging for their time. Would definitely use them if I had a problem with the drains.
