Tommy Rutherford has just been a delight to work with. Our situation is I was out of the country when the issue took place, with a 12 hour time different, but this was know problem for Tommy, he worked well and about the professional line to help in this situation.

Came out promptly to deal with a blocked drain. Friendly, efficient and very knowledgable. Would definitely use again if we have any similar problems.

Kitchen sink was blocked - just before Xmas. Worst timing ever.

Tommy visited on the 29th and quickly cleared the blockage. Also helped put the pipes back together to test out the water flow.

Good communication, punctual (this was important to us due to our bad experiences with other companies), tidy, and very professional. A big thumbs up and he deserves 6 stars.
