Bathroom done by Venus and extremely happy with the end result. Great communication throughout, they were very tidy and clean and whole process was very stress free. Would definitely recommend and use them again

New bathroom - from start to finish all went perfect, always arrived and did what was booked on time, kept fully up to date at each stage, all rubbish removed and tidied.

Well done to all concerned managed to fit it in before the move which is very much appreciated, the boys love the new bathroom it’s definitely 5 star and will definitely use again and will recommend to friends and family.

We had our kitchen and bathroom completely replaced, including walls and ceilings being re-sheeted and plastered.
We couldn't be happier with the work carried out by Venus Home Improvements - not only the finished result, but also the entire end-to-end process. Having both rooms done at the same time could have been stressful, but everything was planned very efficiently and carried out with as little disruption to us as possible, and well within the time frame Gary provided ahead of the work starting.
Communication has been excellent throughout, and Gary and his team have been a pleasure to work with and clearly take pride in the quality of their work.

Gary and his team refitted our kitchen. Everything was completed to an excellent standard. Well organised and everything went like clockwork by all, and on time.
ie. Plaster, Plumber, Electrian, Gas Fitter, Joiner and Tiler.
I have asked the plumber, plaster, joiner and electrician back to do further work in our home over the next few weeks.
All very reliable and all work to an excellent standard.

Working in Trading Standards I was definitely going with an approved Trader. I had a kitchen renovation carried out which involved changing my whole layout, wall coming down and one being bricked up so it was quite a big job.
Gary and his whole team were excellent from start to finish. They always kept us informed of what was happening and never minded a ton of questions from us! Any last minute changes that I asked for were no problem for them. Time keeping was excellent from everyone, plus they were all a good laugh! Nothing was too much trouble. Payments and paperwork went smoothly with no surprises. Most importantly, I absolutely love my kitchen, it's everything I wanted! I will definitely use Venus again for my bathroom and can highly recommend them!

I was recommended Gary and his team for a kitchen & bathroom renovation. The workmen all arrived when they said they would and completed everything on schedule. The team ripped out both kitchen & bathroom and also took care of the uplift. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they have done both rooms have received so many compliments already. Excellent communication from Gary from start to finish and all tradesmen work very well together. I would recommend these guys to anyone as they get in and get the job done.

Removal of exiting kitchen and bathroom and replaced with new kitchen and shower room, including new ceilings and flooring. All work was carried out to a very high standard, ahead of schedule and we were kept fully informed throughout. All trades worked very well together. We are absolutely delighted with all the work carried out and would highly recommend.

Gary and the team did a fantastic job of stripping out and re-fitting our kitchen and dining area. From start to finish there was no fuss, no sales pitch and nothing that was a problem. The job was done on time and budget, with all waste and mess cleared, with just 2 minor snags fixed within hours of raising. Can’t recommend Venus enough, and would happily get them back for any further improvements.
