Excellent company Gary and the team, already had my bathroom done with them would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for home improvement.

Very happy with the bathroom provided, professional throughout the process and quick to answer any questions/requests. The job was completed in a timely manner and all tradesmen on the job were friendly and polite. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Gary and his team refitted our kitchen. Everything was completed to an excellent standard. Well organised and everything went like clockwork by all, and on time.
ie. Plaster, Plumber, Electrian, Gas Fitter, Joiner and Tiler.
I have asked the plumber, plaster, joiner and electrician back to do further work in our home over the next few weeks.
All very reliable and all work to an excellent standard.

Working in Trading Standards I was definitely going with an approved Trader. I had a kitchen renovation carried out which involved changing my whole layout, wall coming down and one being bricked up so it was quite a big job.
Gary and his whole team were excellent from start to finish. They always kept us informed of what was happening and never minded a ton of questions from us! Any last minute changes that I asked for were no problem for them. Time keeping was excellent from everyone, plus they were all a good laugh! Nothing was too much trouble. Payments and paperwork went smoothly with no surprises. Most importantly, I absolutely love my kitchen, it's everything I wanted! I will definitely use Venus again for my bathroom and can highly recommend them!

I was recommended Gary and his team for a kitchen & bathroom renovation. The workmen all arrived when they said they would and completed everything on schedule. The team ripped out both kitchen & bathroom and also took care of the uplift. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they have done both rooms have received so many compliments already. Excellent communication from Gary from start to finish and all tradesmen work very well together. I would recommend these guys to anyone as they get in and get the job done.

Removal of exiting kitchen and bathroom and replaced with new kitchen and shower room, including new ceilings and flooring. All work was carried out to a very high standard, ahead of schedule and we were kept fully informed throughout. All trades worked very well together. We are absolutely delighted with all the work carried out and would highly recommend.

Gary and the team did a fantastic job of stripping out and re-fitting our kitchen and dining area. From start to finish there was no fuss, no sales pitch and nothing that was a problem. The job was done on time and budget, with all waste and mess cleared, with just 2 minor snags fixed within hours of raising. Can’t recommend Venus enough, and would happily get them back for any further improvements.

I cannot recommend Venus Home Improvements highly enough! Gary and the team recently ripped out our very, very old kitchen and we now have a beautiful up to date kitchen. Gary and Paul from Magnet were so helpful in designing the kitchen and advising us on layout etc. Gary and his tradesmen did a fantastic job in all aspects of the renovation. They turn up on time, clean up thoroughly and their workmanship is second to none. We now have a kitchen we can be proud of, all completed on time. Gary is great to deal with and his advice excellent, always found a solution to any problem. Fantastic team of guys and we are very happy with their work. Big shout out to the singing plasterers as well who kept us entertained, great to see people so happy at their work :) I would not hesitate to use Venus for any future projects as I can be assured that it will most definitely be a job well done!

Full bathroom renovation with changed layout, including new window, etc. This is the second bathroom Venus Home Improvements have did for me and experience was great from start to finish. Had our bathroom fully refurbished. The work was carried out in one week from start to finish. All the tradesmen were excellent making sure that there was no mess and the work completed to a high standard. The work was overseen by Gary at every stage. It has now been a few months since completion and we have had no issues which for building work nowadays, in my opinion, is quite something. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Overall a 5 Star service from initial conversations and design through to professional and co-ordinated installation.
No hesitation in recommending and will use again.
On value for money that is possibly indicative of the climate we are in with supply chain issues and a move away from traditional discounts on certain items.

Complete refit of bathroom, new bath, replumbed and relocated shower, consealed cistern and new toilet, panelled ceiling, new spots, walls and floor tiles. Absolutely delighted with all the work. All the tradesmen were a pleasure to have in the house and were very clean and tidy. Even the rubbish clearance left the outside off the house immaculate. Would highly recommend.

Gary and the team were brilliant throughout the renovation of our 2 bathrooms! Prior to starting Gary kept in contact which was great! When the work started the team were here on time at 8am everyday and always tidied up before leaving! The whole renovation ran like clockwork and we are super happy with our completed bathrooms which were excellent value for money! I had a handful of minor bathroom issues covering cistern, basin and shower which were selectively dripping/leaking/loose/jammed plus iffy sealant. Everything was fixed in about 48 hours of first contact with Venus. Steven was punctual, polite and tidied up afterwards, and I'm happy with the quality of work.

I couldn't be happier with the work that Gary and his team completed in my bathroom. Everything was exactly as specified and completed on time, to the highest standard. I have a really small bathroom which was a challenging space but nothing was too much trouble. The finished product is even better than I hoped for and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Complete bathroom replacement carried out over a week. Each stage from plumbing, tiling, joiner & electrician was timed perfectly and each tradesman did an excellent job, to a very high standard. I can happily say this has been the most professional service I’ve ever had with a renovation.
I live overseas and the flat needed to be completely modernised - furniture removed, kitchen removed, floor covering removed, wall removed, an existing doorway closed off, new kitchen installed, gas central heating & new boiler installed, floors boarded for new floor coverings, replanted, painted, rewired and the list goes on!

1st class job from when we chose and ordered the kitchen, planning was very easy with lots of good ideas given , stripping of the kitchen and disposal of all units and appliances was included and the place outside and in was left spotless. Venus Home Improvements were recommended to me and I’d happily recommend them to anyone. I got a new kitchen and bathroom at the same time so no small job. Everything was well communicated and done in a timely manner right from requesting a quotation. The standard of workmanship is the highest standard, with good attention to detail and a lot of creativity. Also every person who was on the job was professional and friendly and happy to answer questions. I changed a couple of details during the job and nothing was too much trouble. All in all I’d definitely use them again.

We renovated our bathroom, which was 50 years old. The process from start to finish was excellent. Gary took on board our requirements and returned with the perfect solution and fittings. The time taken was swift, and Gary's team were polite, skilled and tidy.
