Large project that became significantly more than initially anticipated. Site team were considerate and tidy, and did their best to accommodate our needs despite us having to move out of the property to allow works to continue. The team did their best to come up with cost effective solutions to problems as they arose. Overall the final finish was what we were looking for.

Excellent builders. We absolutely love our new ensuite. Very polite, hardworking and fair price. 5 stars.

I can't recommend First Floors highly enough. Unlike other companies we spoke to, who simply told us what we wanted wasn't available, FF took the time to offer advise and suggest alternative options. Everyone we've spoken to throughout the process has been incredibly knowledgeable and attentive.

The installation team were very professional and took time and care to do a really exceptional job.

An exceptional service from Gary and his team from start to finish . From planning the kitchen to installation, everything was done efficiently and professionally. They also were so tidy which was such a refreshing change . Really couldn’t recommend them high enough.

Bathroom refurb. This is the second time we have used Venus Home Improvements. Gary and his team have completed another fantastic refurbishment for us. They’re a great bunch of guys. They work nonstop and clean any mess as they go. We are delighted with our new bathroom. A couple of minor hiccups which Gary and the guys sorted very quickly. Highly recommend them they are all very good at their craft. Another job well done. Thank you.

The work was carried out to a high standard . From the initial meeting with Kevin - each and everyone involved did a great job . They were friendly and polite and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess whatsoever . I am very pleased with the work done .
