Review a trader

We had a new Velux window put in our property to replace the leaking skylight window on our stairs. From start to finish, Shearer Roofing provided a seamless job. Mr. Shearer arrived to view the property and quickly provided an estimate for us to consider. There was no pressure to use the company and in fact, Mr. Shearer suggested that we may wish to get other quotations before making our decision. Communication between us, either by telephone or email, kept us up to date with when they would be able to do the job.
They turned up when expected and workmen were very respectful of our property, were hard working and extremely pleasant to have in our home. We were delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. They provided a first-class service and we will be using this company again for some further works that are required.

Victor and his team were excellent right from the start - great communication, understanding our requirements and offering good solutions and options. Once the work was agreed they turned up on time and worked hard and kept the disruption to a minimum. New bathroom was completed on time and to the price. Entry steps and landing at block of flats. Alan's work was superb, and he was very polite to all residents. This was very important as there was only one entrance and exit to the flats. The site was left very tidy at the end of each day.

We needed our combi boiler hot water to be repaired. I contacted Shan and he came round the same day. He assessed our requirements and came back two days later with the necessary parts .(I may add he came back out with working hours)). He had our boiler up and running within an hour and a half and even managed to make the system more efficient !
I cannot recommend Shan highly enough for his professionalism and superb customer service. Outstanding !
