Stewart responded same day to my urgent request for a repair to a storm-damaged security light and potentially hazardous wiring. Although this is a business capable of works on a very large scale, my minor and small-scale job was treated exactly as if priority owing to a vulnerable resident at the address. Communication about the timing of visits, and any necessary changes to plan, was excellent. Stewart's service is absolutely A-rated in every respect. I'd have no hesitation in asking for further work and recommending to friends and family in the area.

We got new underlay & carpets put down in 3 rooms as well as amtico flooring in our family room.
The service received from our initial visit to the showroom, all the way to the fitting was excellent.
The range available is very extensive and the knowledge from the staff is of a high standard.
They weren’t pushy to make a sale but gave us the information we needed and left us to browse.
The time between ordering and fitting was very short.

Couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Derek. He was actually the 3rd person we’ve had look at the issue with our heating (none of the upstairs radiators have been getting heat). Despite us twice paying for it to be ‘fixed’, it has still never worked.

Derek was spot on diagnosing the issue and the work needed to repair it. Because he knew we were desperate he made helping us a priority and completed the work quickly, clearing up after himself and most importantly, finally sorting the issue. Will be our first call for any plumbing or heating jobs we have in future.

Shan replaced and moved a radiator. At the same time he did a boiler service. The work was carried out to a very high standard with minimal disruption and completed on the day as promised.
Definitely added to my contacts as the "go to" heating engineer.

Absolutely recommend Bernie and Thomas. I stay in a old house, my radiators down stairs only had half heating. For the past couple of years my house was so cold in the winter we had to wear jackets and go to bed early. I could not go through another winter like that again. Due to clogged dirty pipping because the old radiators and pipes system, the radiators were over 20 years old. Bernie recommend to flush out clean the pipes add the right chemicals. I also ordered new radiators. I can't believe it now my radiators are so hot. I love my heating I cant even touch them where I used to hug them for a heat. Thank you so much Bernie, Thomas. Just want to add the guys were here from 8.30 in the morning, and never left till 5.45, never left and mess, impeccable, hard working thank you so much. I can't believe the difference.

We'd like to thank David and his team for all their hard work installing a new boiler for us this week. They arrived at 8am and
worked without a break until 4pm. The job was completed early next morning.
We've already recommended them to two friends as we were so impressed.
