Repair to leaking overflow: Steven was very prompt, reliable and gave excellent customer service.  

Removed bath.  Carefully removed broken tiles to good tiles.  Make good the walls where necessary.  Made and fitted raised base for shower tray.  Made excellent repair work to the floor boards where the bath had been.  Fitted waste pipe to run neatly along base of two walls before boring hole in base of wall for the pipe to go out and fit into existing outside drainpipe.  Boxed in waste pipe ready for tiling.  Assembled and fitted shower tray and quadrant shower enclosure: Steven was true to his word - punctual and delivered on time.  He even came in on Saturday morning to finish some preparation work before the tiler came.  No noisy radio - he just worked quietly and efficiently

Fixed shower hot water.  Sealed bath.  Secured toilets down: Fantastic.  Steven helped me when I was really stuck.  Two other plumbers from this website let me down and quoted appalling rates.  I was thrilled with Steven's work and will be getting him back, and recommending him to all my friends.  The quality of his work is brilliant.

Remove old shower pump and replacing it with a new shower pump in the bathroom: Stephen did the job very quickly and efficiently with no mess and charged me less than I expected.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

New radiators.  Work on WC: Excellent job.

New bathroom, including installation of new shower, radiator, sink and WC: Thoroughly delighted with Steven's workmanship and it is obvious that he is an experienced plumber who knows what he is doing.  Very impressed with him from start to finish.  Turned up early on the day to start the job and stayed until he had fully completed the installation.  Took the time to discuss everything that he was doing.  At the end of the day he thoroughly tested all the items, refilled the heating system and bled all of the  radiators.  Was exceptionally tidy and courteous throughout.  We were so impressed with Steven that he is now coming back to fit another bathroom.  Highly recommended.

Fitted a new combi boiler and central heating system in our new house that previously ran on storage heaters: Steven's work was fantastic.  Cost and timescales never changed and was available to suit our timeline.
