Replaced my 92 year old mother’s boiler in her flat. When her boiler was serviced it was found to be leaking CO internally and as it was 17 years old replacement seemed sensible option. This was arranged and done with only minor disruption for her. All the team were prompt and the work was finished in time for her to enjoy her tea. Very neat and tidy work team, communication was excellent at all times.

They originally installed our boiler some years ago. We had British Gas doing servicing for a while but the work BG did wasn’t great and the charged an arm and leg.

We had a new central heating boiler and hot water cylinder installed by Heating Scotland. The whole process from initial enquiry to installation and follow up ran smoothly and efficiently. The work was carried out over a two day period with very little disruption to our normal routine.
The onsite team and the office personnel were friendly and easy to deal with and everything was explained very clearly.
Since installation the new system has been running without a hitch for three months.

Airth Manse required all electrical equipment PAT tested as certification was due to run out. Heating Scotland were the preferred contractor, we contacted them a they arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard, very professional and polite. I would highly recommend them for any electrical tasks.

Replacement of a part for my boiler (a fan).

The office was very helpful over the phone and appreciated my situation (no water, no heating at all). Unfortunately it took some time to have the boiler fixed and serviced due to lack of staff and the part not being in stock. So, I had to go to stay elsewhere for almost a week. However, they did manage to have the work done a day earlier than expected, for which I am most grateful.

This company has serviced, repaired and fitted my gas boiler for years. The staff are unfailingly punctual, polite and clearly know what they are doing. They have even gone beyond their remit and done a couple of small repairs in my flat, without my asking tbem, as they recognise that as elderly and disabled I can't do such things myself. They have not charged me for this. They once had to come out twice, to a difficult fault in my boiler, but only charged for the first call out.
I highly recommend this excellent company - it is a pleasure to find such first class service.

I have used Heating Scotland a few times and have always been highly satisfied. Most recently they did the annual service on my gas boiler. All straightforward and very professional - I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had my back boiler removed and a new combi boiler installed in a different location. Was really happy with the work done and it came at a much lower price than the other companies I got quotes from. The guys were clean and respectful of my home and kept me up to date with progress throughout the day. Boiler has been working great since and I would recommend Heating Scotland to anyone needing a boiler upgrade.

Over thirteen years after I first used Heating Scotland, it was time to replace my slowly dying combi boiler for something more modern and efficient - and I didn’t hesitate to go back to the original installers. Everything was planned out with my convenience in mind and the install was dealt with smoothly. Delighted with the work done and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Our hot water tank developed a leak meaning we had only mains water for a number of days. Other plumbers said the leak was not repairable and suggested installing a new tank in another location at considerable expense and disruption.
After an initial mixup over appointments, Heating Scotland attended promptly and Steve suggested a repair method which was worth trying before considering other options. He sourced suitable parts and Aidan successfully fitted them the next day. The team stayed onsite to make sure the system refilled correctly without leaks or airlocks.
The repair cost less than the emergency plumber who merely shut off the supply to the tank.
Our thanks to Steve and the guys and to Shirley, who kept us informed. We would certainly use Heating Scotland again and can thoroughly recommend them.

A very professional company we've been using them for a few years now, always reliable.

Boiler had failed to fire up so we had no hot water or heating. I called Heating Scotland and they were able to send an engineer within the hour which was amazing! Engineer got the boiler working pretty quickly, tested the system and stayed on site long enough to ensure the boiler wasn’t going to fail again. Very happy with the service - this is the 2nd time I’ve used them (the previous time was to service the boiler in my previous house) and I will continue to use them.

Firstly, the work done. The engineer who installed the HIVE system was efficient, informative and did a great job, and spent time explaining how it worked.

During the latest cold snap I returned home to find water pouring out of an outlet down the side of my house. I phoned Heating Scotland who had installed my boiler around 10yrs ago, we talked through the situation & this resulted in me turning the water & boiler off. One of their engineers (Michael) came out to the house a couple of hours later & was able to quickly identify the problem as a broken pressure relief valve. He immediately ordered the replacement part from Worcester Bosch & when this arrived the next afternoon (Friday) he returned at 5pm to fit the new valve, start the boiler up & check all working ok before leaving. Michael had an excellent friendly & professional manner & was able to explain what had happened & then fix the problem making sure all was working ok before leaving late in the day on a Friday. Great service across the board, from the helpful phone conversation with Shirley in the office to Michael fixing the boiler - brilliant !

Called to replace a valve on electric boiler. Initially advised would probably need to drain the system but on inspection found that unnecessary thus saving time and money.
