Eildon IT Training and Consulting is based in Haddington, East Lothian, which provides practical, jargon-free computer/laptop/phone/pad fixes and customised training.

All clients are treated as individuals and given personal attention depending upon their own particular IT challenges. Eildon will fix or provide training for any annoying computer problems to help clients get the most from their devices.

All training is accompanied by notes, as well as five working days office hours support for any questions based on the learning session.

The firm’s office and training room is situated at Haddington House at 28 Sidegate, Haddington, which opens onto the glorious gardens of St Mary’s Pleasance. The relaxed ambience of the office and the gardens are a wow factor for many clients. All visitors are welcomed with a cuppa and cake, understanding the importance of making clients feel relaxed, as there are a lot of people, both young and old who may feel nervous, particularly when trying out something new or are unsure of technology.

The office is wheelchair friendly with no steps for clients to negotiate when accessed via the gardens. A disabled toilet is also available.
