Derek is highly skilled and knowledgeable. He turned up, gave a reasonable estimate and an hour or so later we had quality reception throughout the house. In addition to his skills, Derek has a lovely courteous manner - all very 5*!

Derek made a tricky job look easy. Thanks for his expertise and thoroughness, I have gone from no picture at all to pin sharp images. Unlike many tradespeople, he turned up when he said he would. On top of all that Derek is a very pleasant person to deal with - friendly and helpful at all times.
