Derek quickly assessed that my TV aerial was useless and recommended a free-sat replacement. He and his daughter returned a couple of days later and did a great job of removing my old aerial and fitting a new one. They are an efficient and friendly duo. I highly recommend them.

I needed a contractor to install an Amateur Radio Antenna. It was not the usual TV type Antenna but more a vertical type. Derek and his daughter got to work with what was needed for the job and I had done most of the building of the antenna to make the install a lot easier for Derek and his team.

I would highly recommend them for any antenna work needed in the future.

Phoned late afternoon and Derek came round next morning to look at job. Identified problem and gave options to resolve maters giving me his professional opinion on best long-term solution. Happy to take Derek's advice and accepted his very reasonable quote. Job done that morning, all good

First class work completed in a short space of time. Phoned Friday evening and work completed Saturday morning.
Derek supplied box and connected it to the satellite dish enabling us to now watch our telly in our caravan.
Cost was very reasonable considering the speed of attendance, work being carried out and the distance Derek had to travel to do this work.

Diagnosed and pinpointed problems. Supplied and replaced with materials carried. Tested and demonstrated showing problem resolved. Itemized invoice, marked paid with thanks. All in all, first class job.

Derek arrived right on time. Had a good look at work that was required to get done, asking questions along the way. Sat down with me and discussed what needed done and the costing. At no time did I ever feel pressured by Derek. Then he promptly went out and carried out work needing done (even when it was freezing cold and light snow). Stopped briefly for a hot cuppa tea.
