We have just had Durashield replace all our windows and we can’t praise them enough.
The full process from start to finish was excellent, professional & seamless.
From when John 1st visited, to the surveyor visit to sandy & his team who fitted them. Not only am I delighted with my new windows but I was very pleasantly surprised with their clean & tidy workmanship. I fully expected to have internal repairs and paint touch up jobs to do. To my amazement they managed to take out my 35 year old windows. Install my new windows and not a bit of painting necessary. They protected my furniture and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even removed and reinstalled all my window shutters and they look like they have never been removed. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would have no hesitation above using them again in the future.

We are delighted with the product. The fitters were friendly, tidy and efficient. They arrived on schedule and were finished in less than two days. We would strongly recommend them.

We have used Durashield several times, for front doors, windows, and now for replacing a back door that had been installed by a builder 15 months ago. I now fully appreciate Durashield's quality service, from initial enquiry to installation, compared to others that we've used in the past in previous houses. Second to none.

We had all the windows in our 130 year old house replaced. The job was done on time, neatly and to a high standard. We have noticed significant improvement in the draughts, and the noise in the house. Our windows no longer shake when a large vehicle passes by! We note that the amount of gas we are using is somewhat less though sadly not the bills this year. We have been very pleased with this work.

Had windows and doors replaced late 2021. Very happy with the service from receiving advice and quote through to installation. Very efficient and professional installation that left place as tidy as they found it. After sales service has also been excellent.

We used Durashield to change from wooden windows to new double glazing. The new windows had to be a specific colour and style to match the other apartments. This was no problem as John had experience of working in the area.

We were very pleased with the windows. There was a slight problem with one of the handles being too stiff, but one of the fitters came back the day after we phoned the office and adjusted it.

The work was completed in one day and the men were very tidy and left everything immaculate. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship.
