Had 6 windows replaced, this being the third time i have used Durashield, so obviously happy with their service. Got a number of quotes, there price was competitive. Communication before the job was excellent, the work was completed in a day as had been indicated. Messy job but they protected the place well and did a great clear up job after. Minor snagging was quickly dealt with without debate. Overall, very pleased with Durashield and will be my first choice for similiar work in future.

I was unable to get a replacement window handle which had broken and visited Durashield. John was amazing. He not only obtained a near matching handle but very kindly, in his own time, came to my house and fitted it to ensure my house was secure. He went over and above what I would have expected.

Many thanks John. You have done your company proud and I will most definitely, should I require to, use your company again and will thouroughly recommend Durashield to anyone who needs new windows, doors or repairs.

Durashield replaced 9 of our windows and did a fantastic job. John is patient and knowledgeable, and took time to talk through the various options and work with us to make choices that suited our budget and needs.

Durashield recently replaced the windows and patio doors in my flat. I would highly recommend this company. Windows and doors were high quality. I received excellent customer service from start to finish from everybody I came in contact with.

We had water coming in through our old, single glazed windows, so we needed them replaced rather quickly. John and his team from Durashields Windows did exactly this for us, and upgraded our windows in the process (double glazing, more durable casements). The job of taking out the old windows and installing the new ones (two tenement windows) was done in a half day, and the contractors did not only install the windows, but also were very considerate of the surroundings, cleaning up after themselves etc.
Throughout the whole process, John and his team were very quick to respond and kept us updated and in the loop consistently. We will definitely return for the exchange and update of the remaining windows in the new year.

Exchanged kitchen doors and 4 windows with these guys. Very responsive and easy to deal with. Good value for the price. Crew polite, efficient, done the job as agreed with no problems. First wave of cold nights showed everything works us intended. Would definitely go with the again.

6 double glazed windows and full patio sized sliding balcony doors. All work was completed in a day by two teams. Great job in bringing patio doors up and over 1st floor balcony. Not an easy task. Tradesmen were courteous and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion of work.

John is very engaging, profession & the work has been top quality thus far, hence why we returned for a quote for a new set of front doors.
