JDM Plumbing, Heating and Bathrooms Ltd installed a completely new heating system and plumbed a new kitchen, shower room and bathroom for us. They also supplied the bathroom and shower room suites.
JDM always checked our requirements in advance and worked very well with all other trades involved.
Staff were always punctual, helpful and cheerful.

We had a leak in our main bathroom. This on the surface created a hole in the floor boards.
We had the shower and shower tray and enclosure replaced. Tiles around the shower removed and replaced with wet wall. The partition wall the shower was installed in had to be replaced as it was soaked and mold was present. Some floor boards were replaced in the bathroom and a small section in the hallway.
At our request they installed a means to easily switch off our water supply, which was difficult to find and access.
Our experience of this trader was great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They turned up to do the work when they said they would. They communicated really well to keep us informed and updated.

I use JDM plumbing on a regular basis, in a commercial environment, mostly for plumbing repairs and installations. This week they're about to begin two bathroom partial refurbishments.

Have used JDM plumbing over a period of time for various problems varying from fixing burst pipe, servicing central heating boilers and systems to fitting new bathroom. The team has been prompt in their response to all requests, has carried out the work to a high standard and always been helpful, pleasant and courteous. Their work has been completed in good time with minimal disruption and property left tidy at the end.

We had a bathroom renovated, ceiling, walls, floor all renewed and a wet room installed with shower, new WC, sink, etc. After choosing the units etc Jordan did the rest. He managed the work and it was all done within the time and to the spec we agreed. Very professional good job.

JDM installed a new shower for me including new wet walls and shower screen, all of which I'd chosen through their usual supplier. This was all reasonably priced.
They were pleasant, reliable, always on time, cleaned up any mess and hoovered to keep any dust remnants to a minimum. They also disposed of the old shower, wet walls etc. The work was completed at the estimated completion date and to a high standard. I'm very happy with everything and would definitely use them again.

We had a full bathroom makeover. Joe experienced a few problems with this but nothing was too much bother and kept me sane. He went above and beyond with everything and always kept us informed. Would not hesitate to recommend him. He also put a new shower cubicle and shower in for my mum.

Joe and the team at JDM go above and beyond to help. I recently had what I thought was a small leak in my en-suite and Joe fitted me in quickly to assess the damage, unfortunately discovering it was worse than I thought and required removal and new shower and enclosure.
