Only 4 scored on rating, was due to faulty shower screen, not service, as problem was solved promptly and without fuss. Workmen - brilliant - tidy, polite and did first class job.

Being an elder I needed as little hassle and quickness as possible. The owner, Neil, assured me I would have all I asked for. His workmen came in and honestly you would not have known they were in my house. The bathroom was ripped out on Monday and I had a beautiful wet-room on Friday, all thanks to Neil and his team. Would happily recommend.

Wetroom, very clean and tidy

Update to upstairs shower-room, bedroom shower, downstairs toilet. This work was carried out to a high standard. Questions were answered and small tweaks carried out promptly. All the staff were friendly and courteous.
