We've recently had extensive work carried out on our property, including exterior joinery, timber renewal and painting, installation of heritage guttering, re-pointing of three large chimneys using traditional materials, reinstatement of slate verges, slate repairs, vent replacements and more. From the first introduction, communication was prompt and professional, and a detailed quote (complete with a drone survey) was provided quickly. The on-site team, led by Bruce the foreman, has been excellent throughout professional, friendly and tidy. The work was completed on time, and the team willingly accommodated additional jobs along the way. It's been a real pleasure dealing with Iain, Bruce and the rest of the team. I would highly recommend their services. Iain the owner is very good to deal with - it is clear he takes pride in the work being undertaken.

Some problems arose less than a year after a new roof was fitted by another roofing company. They never turned up to fix the roof and then they didn't respond to me. After a period of time I contacted Aberdeen North East Roofing & Slating to fix these problems and to check the entire roof to see if there were any other issues requring attention. In addition I asked them to install a sun tunnel and to fix some ongoing problems with our gutters. Iain responded quickly and his team carried out the work efficiently and professionally. The sun tunnel has brightened our kitchen. I am pleased with the work carried out by the team at Aberdeen North East Roofing & Slating and I feel I can trust them, unlike the company that fitted the new roof.

I approached Aberdeen North East Roofing & Slating Services to arrange a quote for repair to ridge tiles but also asked them to assess the rest of an ageing roof and advise on any repairs which might be appropriate to ensure the roof remained watertight. I was provided with an assessment of the roof, confirming the problem that I knew about and recommending further work on other parts of the roof. This was accompanied by photographs and a written explanation of what was required/recommended.
I was happy to go ahead and was given a full written quote.
The work was completed without delay and to a high standard. I was also supplied photographs of the work in progress and on completion.
In all, very happy with the customer service and the quality of the work and would definitely recommend.

I moved into a new house in October. As my roofing works were over winter, it took a little bit of time to get going but once the work started it was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I decided on that basis to have extra work done. Lots of photos supplied and the supervisor met with me after the works to go over exactly what was done and what else would need done in the future. All future works were given a temporary repair to ensure that they would be in the best shape in the interim. Polite team. Will book future works with them. Works done - felt replacement, rafter replacement, new slates, extensive lead covering, flat roof checks, chimneys cap replacement, etc.
