I have used this trader many times, over many years. Prompt response - especially in an emergency, eg leaking roof. Excellent service and job well done. Very happy with my retiled roof.

The team at Procon were extremely adaptable to my ever growing needs while refurbishing our bar in preparation for the launch. They also provided excellent support staff for events & our weekly cleaning needs. Strongly recommend them.

I have used Aberdeen Broomhill Roofing for the last three years on 3 separate jobs. They guys turn up on the agreed date, do an excellent job and clean up the site before they leave.
Jim turns up every day to inspect progress and maintains contact for weeks following the job to confirm the repair is water-tight. As a result of the service I've had to date, I cant see me using any other roofing contractor in Aberdeen.

I've used Aberdeen Broomhill Roofing for at least 2 mid-sized and a couple of smaller jobs. I have been consistently impressed with Jim and his team. They have proved themselves reliable. They offer outstanding value for money. Their work is always top notch. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Jim, the owner, even came back months later to check how the roof was holding up. That says a lot about their commitment. I have already recommended them to several friends and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Aberdeen Broomhill Roofing gave me a very competitive quote and carried out a full roof replacement. All staff were thoroughly professional. Every part of the job was explained with any question answered. Workmen were always punctual, hard-working and respectful of my property. The work was completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

Replaced the roof on our extension and garage following leaks due to wrong tiles being installed. The issue was identified by Jim within a few minutes of coming to asses the problem, and the quote arrived within a couple of days. Work was done efficiently and on time, exactly as agreed. The crew that did the work made a really good job, were tidy with no mess left at all, and were respectful to ourselves and neighbours.

All in all, a very good job and would happily recommend them.

Aberdeen tenement with 7 owners and one abandoned flat, roof hadn’t had any significant repairs for decades, scope of work was to initially to repair leaks and damaged tiles. When access was actually obtained it was discovered that the roof had to be completely stripped, repaired and restarted.
Didn’t realize what an issue our roof repairs were going to be or how badly deteriorated it had become.
Jim was always forthright in reporting issues, and worked with us to complete the works within the budget set, though timing and availability mentioned that he had to start just before winter and work was interrupted a number of times by north eastern storms.

I used Doric Home Improvements for replacement of a couple of old windows to new UPVC ones. The price was competitive and the survey done quickly. They were fitted at a convenient time and the fitters were professional and very friendly. Would happily recommend for any home improvements and would happily use again in the future.

We contacted A.D.I Builders after having previous repairs done to the gable end of our pre-1920 granite house. We had originally chosen a cheaper option, but unfortunately the work was carried out using unsuitable cement-based materials, which led to moisture problems in the wall.

Adrian explained clearly what had gone wrong and why the cement pointing was not suitable for an older granite property. He talked us through the proper repair method, the materials his team would use, and why breathable materials were important for this type of house.

The work was not the cheapest, but after our previous experience we understood the value of having it done properly. Adrian, his brother and the team completed the job to a very high standard. They were professional, knowledgeable and respectful throughout.

We are very pleased with the result and would be happy to recommend A.D.I Builders to anyone needing proper repairs on an older stone property.
