Review a trader

The job was to carryout extensive repairs on a slate roof of a block of 4 flats. The work included stripping and reharling a chimney stack, replacing chimney haunches, digging out and reworking the skews, repointing the ridge tiles, providing new dormer facia and soffits, replacing valleys and guttering and carrying out extensive slate repairs.
From survey (by drone) to work completion the service provided was undertaken in a proffesional manner with good communication throughout.
Although Iains team all performed diligently I will give a special mention to the foreman Bruce. Not only is he clearly very skilled and experienced he provided good communication throughout the duration of the work.
I have no hesitation in recommending North East Roofing and Slating and will use their services again should the need arise.

JK Improvement did the painting & decorating for us after tenants moved out in order to get the property ready for sale. They also got a few other things fixed up that needed done. We had a range of work done to improve our property in preparation for sale. We had a number of rooms decorated and with some remedial repair work done in advance of decoration.
The work was carried out in good time and to a good standard. One bonus was Valentina acting in almost project manager role while we were away liaising with a couple of other contractors.
