Review a trader

Triumph cleaned both the front and rear roofs including the gutters of our office building which also included removing moss mainly from the rear roof. They have left both roofs in an excellent condition and we would recommend them to anyone. We would further comment that they were professional and friendly to deal with at all times.

Came out within the week to do a quote, Bruce was excellent very knowledgeable. Quote quickly arrived, fair price for work, so accepted immediately. I asked for a timeframe as they are obviously busy but no response to email or phone enquiries. However turned up unexpectedly. Bruce and his young helper did an excellent job very pleased and we are happy to use them again. Lovely to have such polite workers who came fully prepared and worked hard.
A bit of warning or communication would have greatly improved the review to 5*.

Our Bi-Fold door was installed during the recent adverse weather and the team of installers did a great job well above expectations. Also used to repair a heated underfloor en-suite which had developed problems. Very carefully and effectively repaired and the tiling perfectly re-installed. Very impressed with the approach taken and the finished job.
