The staff person was professional and knew what they were doing. They completed a very good job.

Service boiler.

Fitted kitchen and bathroom. Gas central heating and a tank cupboard into a second toilet. Nothing was any problem to them.
The main man "George" was always nice and cheery.

Boiler services.

Wet-room installation. Absolute perfection, would recommend to anyone no matter how particular they are 11 out of 10.

Service of gas boiler and also trying to fix a strong 'humming' noise that came from the boiler intermittently but often when first turned on ie when the central heating came on or the hot water tap was turned on. 1 The 'engineer' was sullen and surly he barely spoke.
2 We have had him in the house before he was just the same this time.
3 The boiler may have been serviced but the noise was not fixed.
4 We had to call out the 'Baxi' maintenance man.
5 He found the service had not been properly carried out and said the noise was due to a build up of electrolytes ??? in the system. I should get a cleanser, 'Fernox' or 'Sentinel' injected into the system.
6 There was a broken part in the boiler which he replaced but the engineer should have done that during the service but had failed to do that. The broken part was the igniter?

Consequently we paid 3 different firms to do this one job because we had a different company.

Original water tanks removed and replaced with a new boiler. Original timer removed from kitchen. New flooring in cupboard and new shelving. Plumber,electrician and joiner were all efficient and courteous. They all made sure that the work was finished to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the result.

Alteration to bathroom to make a shower room - re-doing the whole room. I am delighted at the work carried out, I now have a beautiful room. Even the squeaky floorboards were repaired!

The men were extremely thorough and worked had for the 4 days. They tried to cause as little inconvenience as they could and made sure I had a toilet each night. They always tidied up as they went along.

I would have no hesitation in recommended them.

A complete renovation of the room. I cannot recommend or praise the tradesmen of Johnston and Graham highly enough. Charlie is innovative, creative and able to develop your own ideas into the most fantastic bathroom. His team of tradesmen are the most efficient, helpful and professional that I have ever come across. The work is flawless and to the highest of standards.

In kitchen: change drawer unit POS and install oven.
Water heating: remove old tank and header and install new system.
Shower room: shift position piping|wiring of shower. Removal of shower curtain and doors and install shower screen.

To replace two broken roof tiles. Since I have had dealings with Johnston and Graham, I have been pleased with their helpful approach and advice and care taken to undertake the work to a high standard.

Rectify problem of no hot water.
Pinhole to pipe and blockages. Excellent, first class service will not hesitate to use again and recommend.
