We have used this business for 12 years and have found them to be first class. When we decided to renovate our bathroom we visited their showroom and received excellent advice.This visit also allowed us to determine what fixtures and fittings we would use. This was made easier by the fact that in the showroom we were able to see physical example of the materials.

From planning to completion everything went smoothly. The work started on the agreed date and was completed within the promised time.

The friendly team worked efficiently and were extremely tidy. They displayed a high degree of professionalism.

The transformation from bathroom to modern stylish shower room has met all our expectations.

I had my bathroom renovated, all the existing fixtures and tiling removed and replacing the bath with a walk in shower. The room was finished with wet wall panels, a new ceiling with downlighting and a new floor, This firm were recommended to me, I visited the showroom and met Charlie who arranged a further appointment where I was taken through the process of planning and choosing all the components. Charlie was really helpful, not at all pushy, giving me plenty of time to think over my choices. I asked if the work could be carried out while I was away on holiday as I only have one bathroom and Charlie kindly agreed to this . So I went off and when I returned I thought at first nothing was done as the hall leading to the bathroom was so tidy. Then- tadah- I opened the door to a lovely new bathroom. The finish of the interior is first class. I am absolutely delighted with it. I only met young Charlie the following week when he returned to fit the towel holder and toilet paper holder. He even hung a wall picture for me. I have never had such tidy workmen . Everything
about the new bathroom is perfect.

New wet room. I had a wonderful team working in a small bathroom they were all happy and sang all day very tidy and considerate. Would recommend them to any one.

Removal and disposal of existing bathroom. Installation of wet room, including non slip floor, wall and ceiling with spot lights and all sanitory ware including taps shower head etc. Good quality fixtures and fittings and heated mirror. Johnston and Graham gave me very good advice and suggestions when planning the installation of wet room. Work was carried out to a very high standard. It was completed on time, with the minimum disruption. Will be happy to use this company in the future.

Full refurbishment of bathroom and En-suite including floor wall and ceiling finishes, sanitary ware and plumber work. Johnston and Graham were excellent, communication workmanship, cleanliness, attention to details were all exceptional. Would highly recommend the quality and care provided was second to none.

I have been having much a my workplace refurbished, including bedrooms, public areas etc etc Absolutely fantastic from initial quote to completion. Very tidy, friendly and a great job. Full refurbishment of my house. Absolutely stunning job of my full house refurbishment! I could not believe the difference. A real pleasure to work with such a friendly a professional company. Everything was spot on and looks fantastic. The price was extremely competitive, however this did not detract from the quality and finish. An excellent job from start to finish in great time. The project was explained from start to finish and that''s exactly what happened on time and within budget! I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending this company and shall certainly be using them for anything i have in the future, although that may well be a long time away as they have done such a fantastic job!!

Johnston and Graham have just finished a complete replacement and upgrading of our bathroom. They completely gutted the room and resolved issues with floorboards, plumbing, etc.
There was a delay in completion, due to the Covid 19 lockdown, but this was not due to the company. We asked Johnston and Graham to do the bathroom as we were very pleased with the shower room which they upgraded a few years ago.
As before, we are delighted with the result and can''t speak highly enough of their workers, especially George, the foreman, who kept us informed and consulted with us throughout.

Replacement combi-boiler and flu. Johnston & Graham were able to attend our premises very quickly and provided us with a very competitive quote by return with the promise of a quick installation date. They kept their promise and had the boiler fitted two days following acceptance of the quote. All work was carried out with as little disruption as possible and the engineer was very kind to arrange a roof repair which they discovered while installing the flu.
Overall we are very happy with the service provided and would recommend them.

We had eight doors delivered old bathroom taken out including 2 x layer's of tiles removed from walls. Floor stripped out. New bathroom fitted including new wet wall panels, flooring ceiling, towel rail and mirror. Right from our initial consultation. The alteration received was first class with attention to detail given. The showroom was function Mr. Johnston was very helpful in letting us get the bathroom of our dreams within our budget. Also beautiful new doors fitted. The job was done when we were on holiday and completed on time. We couldn't believe the transformation in our bathroom, how beautiful it was and how tidy things were left. As we are looking for a new kitchen floor next. We will be calling in this team.

Repair and fit new shower tray, flooring wall panels, shower screen, fan, shower seat. We only discovered problems after recently moving into property company helpful in organising work to suit, My husband has health problems. Their advise initially and as changed needed on discovery of underlying problems both helpful and reassuring, because of health problems we moved out of property.

New bathroom and taking out bath and replacing with walk in shower. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the work carried out. The team arrived every morning on time and explained the work recorded that day. The whole team leaded by George were highly efficient, polite, and extremely professional.

We had our bathroom completely revamped, back to a shell. We had all work carried out including, moving toilet, taking out bath, new pipe work, installing new corner shower, vanity units wall to wall, flooring and walls done with wall boarding, installation of new wall style radiator. The tradesmen were first class, minimal mess and I am delighted with the result. The showroom is well worth a visit as everything on display works so you see what you can get, it’s amazing. Service boiler.

Fitted kitchen and bathroom. Gas central heating and a tank cupboard into a second toilet. Nothing was any problem to them.
The main man "George" was always nice and cheery.

Boiler services.

Wet-room installation. Absolute perfection, would recommend to anyone no matter how particular they are 11 out of 10.

Service of gas boiler and also trying to fix a strong 'humming' noise that came from the boiler intermittently but often when first turned on ie when the central heating came on or the hot water tap was turned on. 1 The 'engineer' was sullen and surly he barely spoke.
2 We have had him in the house before he was just the same this time.
3 The boiler may have been serviced but the noise was not fixed.
4 We had to call out the 'Baxi' maintenance man.
5 He found the service had not been properly carried out and said the noise was due to a build up of electrolytes ??? in the system. I should get a cleanser, 'Fernox' or 'Sentinel' injected into the system.
6 There was a broken part in the boiler which he replaced but the engineer should have done that during the service but had failed to do that. The broken part was the igniter?

Consequently we paid 3 different firms to do this one job because we had a different company.

Original water tanks removed and replaced with a new boiler. Original timer removed from kitchen. New flooring in cupboard and new shelving. Plumber,electrician and joiner were all efficient and courteous. They all made sure that the work was finished to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the result.

Alteration to bathroom to make a shower room - re-doing the whole room. I am delighted at the work carried out, I now have a beautiful room. Even the squeaky floorboards were repaired!

The men were extremely thorough and worked had for the 4 days. They tried to cause as little inconvenience as they could and made sure I had a toilet each night. They always tidied up as they went along.

I would have no hesitation in recommended them.

The job was treated as an emergency as water was leaking from the cistern and was dripping from the bathroom into this kitchen. Speed was a priority, therefore a couple of questions was N/A. The service I received was excellent, speedy, plumbers always arrived when they said they would and were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Fix leaking towel radiator checked gas boiler. Have used this company before reliable company.

New bathroom with the addition of new Quadrant shower and replacement of both toilet, wash and basin with vanity unit, and I wet wall throughout. Work completed within a week with a minimum of disruption. At no time were we without a toilet dummy night.
Workmen were pleasant, delegate and competent, and a pleasure to have in the house.
