Replacing zinc covering on gable hips.

Remove guttering (original) which had been cemented into concrete plinth and replace with similar Victoria guttering. Replace side guttering and fix new facia boards, cut away damp render and replace with new. The work carried out was done professional, efficiently and the team at Henry Harvey was fantastic. We basically had 3 main messy jobs to be carried out, scaffolding was erected and all 3 jobs were completed to a very high standard and we could not recommend them high enough.
On previous gutter roofers did not want the job and never came back with a price, neither could they offer a solution to solve our side leak.

Replacement of a Velux roof window. Very good assessity work, given quote etc, timescale was not stuck to and hard to get a hold of Henry at times. Work carried out onsite very good. Two guys very professional, no hastle, cleared up after themselves. Overall a pretty good job.

Investigate guttering to determine the cause of overflowing water during heavy rain. This company is refreshingly efficient, with an honest approach. We're happy to have found a roofer who turns up when they say they will, correctly identify the problem, and sort it with no fuss. That, in our experience, is a rarely these days. (Strip back roof tiles by approx 4 feet and repair all battens, underlay and membrane replace tiles, replacing any defective tile with new) The workmen were very polite and worked quickly to complete the job in one day. Appreciated that the owner/boss came to inspect the work being done.

Clean debris from front and rear dormer roof and apply a generous coating of solar reflective paints.
Clean debris from front porch flat roof and apply layer of high performance polyester based felt. T complete area with generous coating of solar reflecting paints. Fitted with new white PVC roof
and RGS trim.
Were brush moss from main redge and top row of roof tiles. Repaint redge tiles and treat with moss killer.
Silicone seal front left verge end caps to roof tiles. Clear away all debris on completion.
Work done to a very good standard. Arrived on time friendly and pleasant.

Repairs to roof and chimney which were causing water to enter the house.
Repairs included replacing damaged tiles, fixing flashings and repairing mortar damage on chimney. Henry Harvey provided a quote for the works.
As this time he showed me photos of the problems and explained what was required to carry out the repairs.
