Replacement of flat felt roof on my elderly mother's house. Have had work done by Henry Harvey's before and find them to be a friendly, reliable firm. They may not be the cheapest but that is outweighed by the falt their work comes with a guarantee. They also fitted it into ensure it was done quickly.

Check and replace missing damage roof tiles. Clean gutters. We didn't ask for quote as we have used many times. We didn't ask for quote as have many times and always happy with all aspects of cost and work.

Re new guttering on church hall

Fix problem of water dripping from roof. Initially the problem was not completely resolved. So they immediately returned to fix it. Had complete faith in them.

Inspect and overhaul all roof slopes.
Replace any damaged or missing slates (12 in total). I was very satisfied with the overall experience of dealing with this company.
They were friendly, professional and keen to impress.
I would have no hesitation in using them again, or referring to friends.

Replacing zinc covering on gable hips.

Remove guttering (original) which had been cemented into concrete plinth and replace with similar Victoria guttering. Replace side guttering and fix new facia boards, cut away damp render and replace with new. The work carried out was done professional, efficiently and the team at Henry Harvey was fantastic. We basically had 3 main messy jobs to be carried out, scaffolding was erected and all 3 jobs were completed to a very high standard and we could not recommend them high enough.
On previous gutter roofers did not want the job and never came back with a price, neither could they offer a solution to solve our side leak.

Replacement of a Velux roof window. Very good assessity work, given quote etc, timescale was not stuck to and hard to get a hold of Henry at times. Work carried out onsite very good. Two guys very professional, no hastle, cleared up after themselves. Overall a pretty good job.

Investigate guttering to determine the cause of overflowing water during heavy rain. This company is refreshingly efficient, with an honest approach. We're happy to have found a roofer who turns up when they say they will, correctly identify the problem, and sort it with no fuss. That, in our experience, is a rarely these days. Highly recommended.

(Strip back roof tiles by approx 4 feet and repair all battens, underlay and membrane replace tiles, replacing any defective tile with new) The workmen were very polite and worked quickly to complete the job in one day. Appreciated that the owner/boss came to inspect the work being done.
