Arisaig Electrical Services Ltd is an electrical contractor based at Lasswade in Midlothian, working across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife, and travelling further into Scotland where a job calls for it. We work for homeowners, landlords and businesses, and we are as comfortable with a single socket or a faulty circuit as we are with a full rewire.
Our domestic work covers house rewiring, fuse board and consumer unit upgrades, extra sockets and lighting points, heating controls, wiring for kitchens and extensions, LED and bathroom lighting, outdoor and security lighting, faceplate replacement, and fault finding and repair. For commercial and industrial customers we take on installations, alterations, additions and planned maintenance.
We also carry out inspection, testing and certification: EICR electrical condition reports, landlord safety certificates for rented property, PAT testing of portable appliances, and certification for completed installation work. All work is carried out by qualified electricians to the current IET Wiring Regulations, BS 7671, and the company holds both public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

I have used Arisaig Electrical Services before and I have found them to be completely reliable, responsive and totally respectful to both me and my home. Works are completed to an exacting standard. We have worked with Arisaig Electrical for over 10 years and never used any other electrician.
As a landlord they have completed our EICR electrical compliance testing and PAT testing. They have also conducted other electrical work for our properties.
They are professional and the work is done to the highest standard.
Extremely reliable and won't let you down.

Kevin was great. he turned up when he said he would and did what he said he would. Rare these days. We agreed the estimate in advance and when I asked for more to be done we agreed what that would cost. No surprises. The work was done professionally and the house was treated with respect. It is a breath of fresh air to have tradesmen in the house that take pride in their work and want to do a good job. I've already recommended Kevin to several neighbours and friends who have all found him as diligent and trustworthy as I do. I fully intend to use him for everything I need going forward.
