Reset ridge tiles. Always sceptical when I see 5 star but in this case they were worth it. 6 hours from initial contact to completion. Initial verbal quote was not inflated during the works.

We had a leak between Christmas and New Year. Due to the holidays we had some difficulty getting someone to come out but Reliance Roofcare called us back immediately after the New Year as promised and came out and got it fixed. So pleased with the service and the price. Thank you.

Gutters cleaned and some slipped slates sorted. Also fixed a problem with my skylight. Very efficient and excellent value. Would 100% use again and would recommend Graeme to others.

We asked Graeme to check our roof over before putting our house on the market, as we knew it was overgrown with moss but unsure if there was any damage underneath.
Graeme came out and was very honest in what he might find but was confident he'd be able to fix whatever that may be.
We were delayed a few days due to the awful weather but Graeme kept us up-to-date.
The roof was cleaned of all moss, the sky light resealed, cracked and slipped tiles replaced and the guttering cleared out.

We had been let down by 4 other companies to come and put seagull spikes on our roof. Called Grahame and he came and had a look that day. Promised to come back on Wednesday and he came back ready with everything ready to go. He was so friendly and efficient and so reasonably priced!! Graeme came out quickly after I initially contacted him and gave me a good quote a few days later . He cleared gutters , fixed a gutter run and clips and sealed and redressed lead work around chimney . He also fixed an area of roughcast around a down pipe . Worked hard and would definitely use him again , Thanks Graeme .

Graeme removed and replaced all roughcast on chimney,replaced chimney pot and cap and swept chimney. He also removed and bricked up a small unused window. Graeme worked extremely hard and always kept me up to date with how the job was going. It's obvious that he has years of experience in his trade and that shows in the quality of his work. I will definitely use him again for any roofing/roughcasting jobs.

The render on part of 2 walls was completely removed and replaced. Graeme kept very good contact and came on time when expected. He removed all old render and cleared up at each stage. A man happy in his work and did a good job.

Graeme Henderson's name came to my attention thanks to an online search that brought me to this very site and I'm glad it did. For starters, I appreciated Graeme's time-keeping and that first impression was enhanced by his very thorough investigation of the problem and clear explanation of what was required to fix it, thanks to a series of photographs.
Mr Henderson did not try to blind me with mysteries, elevating me towards a quote of huge expense, nor did he suggest the state of my roof was "a disaster waiting to happen" and the whole thing needed replaced: I've heard this stuff from the previous two roofers I'd tried. Instead, he checked and repaired everything required for a very reasonable price.
Indeed, after he completed the second part of the job, he reduced the price slightly as he'd finished sooner than expected!

We were badly let down by our insurance company (yes, I'm looking at you, Aviva) and left to eventually find our own roofing contractor to handle an external roof repair (rain-water leaking into the sitting room). With no previous experience or recommendations to go by, I was really worried about getting somebody to do a quality job: you hear so many stories... Although all these Trusted Trader companies are supposed to be vetted, etc, several of them had no recent signs of activity - no recent customer feedback, good or bad. Hmmm... They were immediately ruled out. I shortlisted Reliance Roofcare and A.N.Other Company and asked them to come out, assess what was required and provide quotes.

When Graeme ("Mr Reliance") arrived, we had an initial chat about the problem and then, without being asked, he pulled his ladders off the roof of his van, shinned up them and was up at the edge of our roof making a preliminary hands-on assessment. Contrast this with the representative from A.N.Other Company who arrived in a small van (no tools(?) and certainly no ladders) and who didn't seem interested in the job in the slightest. After his initial chat, his inspection was simply made by looking up at the roof from the pavement (across the front garden). The quote they supplied was cheaper, but they hadn't gone into the depth that Graeme did. There was no doubt as to who was getting the work.

My first positive impression of Graeme was sustained throughout our dealings. After getting the main problem sorted out at the front of the house, I asked him to take a look around the side and back and we quickly came to a satisfactory arrangement for some additional work. This was stuff I had been suspicious of for a while, but which had not yet become critical ("yeah, I'll get it attended to some day...").

If, heaven forbid, we have more roofing problems, I will immediately be contacting Reliance Roofcare - and you should too!

Arrived on time and didn't stop till the work was done. Price paid exactly as quoted. Already reckoned to family and friends.

First met Graeme when we required emergency work carried out on the roof of our previous house. After being let down by other tradespeople, Graeme attended at the weekend and despite appalling weather assessed the situation and quickly identified the repair work required. This was subsequently carried out quickly and efficiently - with no "BS" or flannel - he established what was needed (showing us pictures of what he was talking about) and carried out the work in line with his quote. When I recently needed work done around the roofline of our current house I had no hesitation in contacting Graeme about the job. I was confident that his quote was competitive, however at his suggestion obtained quotes from other companies for comparison purposes. Graeme was by far the most competitive quote and went on to complete the work to a high standard, on time and on quote. Graeme is easy to deal with, conscientious and 100% reliable. On my recommendation other family members have used his services and have found him to be as reliable as I have done. We live in terrace house ours being the middle.
Our neighbour and our roof needed the moss removed. Reliance went up on the roof and advised that some tiles needed replaced but the general condition of the roof was good. Reliance provided a quote and did not charge or suggest any unnecessary work.
In my opinion this was fair price for the job.

Second time we used reliance roofcare was the shared chimney on the other side or house. It was showing signs of wear and tear. Reliance went onto roof inspected chimney and only advised for work that actually needed done. Yet again job was done effectively and in time advised and no extra charges were made.

In the first occasion a passer by came to the front door asking for the companies telephone number as they had been watching the work being done and was impressed by what they saw.
