Very efficient service. Great communication and customer care. I would highly recommend the carpet cleaning service. My carpets looked and felt fabulous and the house smelled so fresh! General cleaning is also top class. My house is sparkling!

This company have provided cleaning services for me for the last few months and I can’t fault them on the level of cleaning. It’s very thorough and very good. The cleaning staff are very professional but friendly and adaptable at the same time.

This was a whole house clean, including washing carpets. Communication was very good both before and during the cleaning. I was very happy with the results, everything had been done very professionally and the whole house looked and smelt wonderful.

Cleaning undertaken by the team is great and the staff are friendly however I was left with the impression that they were harassed and tight for time.
Hard copy of terms and conditions were not provided which I believe to be a breach of law.
Whilst cleaning is to a high standard customer service is not. Emails are abrupt and when I made a complaint I was questioned by the owner.
The company cannot provide you with a set day and time for your clean; the day and time change each fortnight which is inconvenient.

BUSINESS RESPONSE: Thank you for your feedback and your great comment about our cleaning and staff. We apologise if you feel our customer service was not up to our usual high standard and we would like to address your comments. If our staff gave the impression they were ‘harassed’ it was because they had to clean and had to navigate around three adults, a baby and a dog. In hindsight we should have allocated more time for the clean. Our T’s and C’s were emailed out at the start of the process and can be found on our website. We never meant for my emails to sound abrupt and apologise if you felt they were. We gave a date and approximate time that we would arrive at the house. We were advised this would be OK as your husband works from home. Thanks again for your custom.
