We had a leak from our shower that was going into the flat downstairs. Barry from GasMan Energy came round quickly, identified the fault (which others had missed) and fixed it immediately for a very reasonable price. Very polite, helpful and efficient - highly recommended.

We had a new gas boiler installed. We would not hesitate to recommend this company. Great, efficient and friendly service from the moment we contacted them. The engineer came out the day we contacted the company and we had a quote for a new boiler and the boiler installed within a week. The engineers were knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and trustworthy. They were efficient and hard working and they cleared up after themselves. They will be our first call if we have any further need for a heating engineer.

Used Gas Man Energy previously to fit my new boiler and were excellent. Had to phone them out recently regarding a leak in water tanks in our loft again their service was excellent. Will definitely use GasMan Energy again in the future. Would highly recommend them.

Gas central heating boiler service followed a couple of days later by replacement of a faulty diverter valve which was identified during the service. Both visits were easy to arrange for convenient time, engineers arrived early within the agreed timeslot, both engineers phoned 10 or 15 minutes prior to arrival. Both pieces of work were quoted for prior to agreeing to go ahead and both were completed in the estimated time and at the agreed price. For both visits each engineer attending was polite, Covid compliant, punctual and fully explained what was done and why. Absolutely satisfied customer, will definitely use again and no hesitation in recommending.

I had Gasman come out to replace and old CO alarm that had reached the end of life and to quite a tricky plumbing problem where there was water running into both of my toilets bowls. Derek came out to take a look and diagnosed the issue quickly (the faceplate wouldn't come off so had to be broken in order to get to the syphon), took plenty of photos of the syphon and faceplate to help in sourcing the correct parts.

This is where it got complicated in that as the cisterns were coming up for 10yrs old, getting the correct parts would be difficult. I cannot fault Robert's persistence in finding the correct parts from the original manufacturer. The manufacturer originally sent the wrong backplate for the faceplate's, but thankfully they had one that would fit my older system and now after waiting a few weeks to get the parts in stock both my toilets are now fully functional, with new modern faceplates without the need to dismantle my bathrooms and replace the whole system. I cannot fault Derek and Roberts persistence to try and resolve the problem with minimal inconvenience.

They were very reasonably priced considering the effort it took to source the parts. I wouldn't hesitate to phone them in future if I am in need of a very trustworthy plumber or electrician

Polite and helpful engineer who serviced the boiler and then made a video of how to change settings etc if I needed to in the future.
