Jim was straightforward to deal with. He was already on a job and said he would call back shortly, which he did. I was getting a cooker delivered and he advised to phone after delivery as there had been problems lately with dates. I did this and he came out next day at promised time. Thorough, helpful, none better.

I have had work done by Mr Collins previously and I am very pleased with his reliability to carry out the work and keep me informed when that work may be carried out. He also makes sure that everything is tidied up afterwards. On this occasion he kept in touch as the weather was not suitable and the work was postponed for a few days.

I required wiring and a switch for a new canopy that was scheduled. Jim delivered without having to make any mess to walls, coming up with the perfect solution. Would definitely recommend.

Received a few quotes to replace fuse box. Jim was honest and although not the cheapest of the quotes (all were similar though) we felt reassured by his assessment of required works. The works were carried out as planned and without issue. Indeed, we have now asked him to undertake additional works. Highly recommend.
