David and Chris at C4 were a dream to have working in our home. We got a full loft conversion in an very old loft and the standard of work they provided was incredible. They went above and beyond, sorted anything needed or asked and were super friendly and trustworthy. Fantastic service :)

Fantastic job and customer service from start to finish. Three sets of double doors and two single doors replaced fireplace removed and all work completed to an excellent standard with great attention to detail. Team were a pleasure to have around, pleasant, reliable and so so tidy.

David and team added a partition wall to split a bedroom, removing existing partition, created a new lift hatch, new stairs, electrical work and skimmed and finished wall. This was accomplisehed quickly, tidily and to a high standard. We were kept informed at all times, David turned up when he said he would. Will definitely be using c4 joinery again, can’t recommend enough! (Get in early though, they’re that popular for a reason!)

David gave great advice and ideas for storage under my stairs. He blocked it off and built 2 beautiful doors. Cleared all the mess and done an amazing job. I'm delighted with the outcome. David arrived to quote for a loft flooring with an access ladder. We told him what we wanted and he explained in great detail what would be required to achieve it. He pointed us to his social media pages to see previous work. Between the photographs and his on-site advice, it was clear he knew what he was doing which puts people like me that don't know much about joinery work at complete ease. Despite a hectic schedule, he found time to have the work taken on before Christmas. The total works of flooring, loft ladder with hatch, plastering and electrics was done in 2 days (1 day less than originally anticipated) with help from his other (equally excellent) tradesmen and was completed on the day I am posting this. Everything was done exactly as he said it would be and he showed impeccable respect to my property by hoovering and cleaning mess that inevitably comes with work like this. The type of joiner you can get in and forget about as the work you will get is nothing short of exemplary. Questionable music choices from his apprentice though. But I can let that slide. David and team fitted my new kitchen. It wasn't an easy job with many unforeseen issues cropping up along the way but David was great and just dealt with it. All trades provided as well which was great. Thank you so much for all your hard work and long hours !!!! A++ service.

David installed our new kitchen, Media wall, doors, facings, skirting, & Laminate in our hall, living room & kitchen. We can't thank him enough for the work he has done. He says "you'll feel like you have a brand new house" and he wasn't wrong. His experience shone through with the walls and door frames being uneven but the man worked his magic. He gave us a time schedule & estimate price which was bang on. Can't recommend enough. David & Chris, Top lads.

I had my old bannister in hall removed & a new bannister with glass built. I also had a bi folding door & frame put in my dining room, plastering, new skirting & flooring put in my living room. This company provided excellent service, advice and the price was reasonable. They turned up as planned on time and were very respectful and tidy and left a great job which I was delighted with. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I got c4 joinery in to install a staircase for access to my loft space. The stairs were made to measure and are well finished. Communication from start to finish was spot on. Clean and tidy workers and always there when they said they would be. Getting them back to replace old skylight with a new velux window.

C4 Joinery built a roof above my decking as i wanted shade. The lads were absolutely fantastic. They appeared when they said and tidied the mess up. Absolutely love sitting out on my porch now. The quality of their work you couldn’t fault. I would highly recommend

Replacement Roof + Made to Order Garden Shed
David and his colleagues were originally brought onsite to take down a dilapidated garden shed and replace with a new one. However, before he arrived, we had a water leak during the recent super heavy rainfall, so I asked him to look at the flat roof, in the area I was concerned about. For our benefit, he took detailed images and videos of the roof. The condition of the whole roof was appalling, the rubber covering was coming off the boards, so this took priority over the shed. The condition was a shock, as it had been fully replaced only 9yrs ago. Seems no matter how hi-tech the materials were, the shortcomings of the less qualified installer came through. David knew we were in a dilemma, but quoted a reasonable price for the work required, shuffled other work around and went on to complete the work on our new roof in a safe, tidy and timely manner. Throughout the process, we were kept informed of progress and shown images to support the work being carried out. Having been let down from 9yrs ago, it was good to feel confident that the team knew fully what they were doing and were happy to show the quality of their work. With one side of the property completed, we are happy to say, that David and his team will be returning to complete the work on the other side of the cottage.

With the most vulnerable roof area now replaced, focus returned to the shed. The old one was taken apart, with attention being given to retaining any items I wanted. This part of the job was completed quickly and in a super tidy, methodical manner. Being a typical customer, I then asked for a few changes, as the build was in progress. David patiently took these in his stride and made the alterations as requested. Additionally, he too came up with points which would improve on my plan (thanks).
Having pride in their completed work, is evident in the attention to detail of the finish. It wasn’t just about ensuring that the planks all totally line up, but other aspects, such as, sourcing the best quality/priced window (not just using standard shed Perspex), using superior weight framing, to withstand the gale force winds we often experience here, even including little touches such taking the time to round off the shelf edges, thus making them more comfortable to work at (just noticed and much appreciated).
So overall, the refinements and excellent quality of the build, far surpasses the sheds we had been viewing in many garden centres or online. In short… it’s brilliant and so we are now the proud owners of a very well constructed garden shed, which will be well used and we’re confident will be around for a very long time to come……. Oh and the icing on the cake…. They’re nice guys!
