We have used Jones Heating for a variety of services, including fixing a burst outside pipe, an emergency boiler leak, and replacing a radiator. Phillip is always very fast to reply and is very personable and professional and has often gone above and beyond to help us. He clearly explains the work he is going to carry out and is very fairly priced. We would highly recommend Jones Heating.

I recently had a boiler service carried out by Jones Heating and was extremely pleased with the experience. From the start, Philip was very professional and friendly, introducing himself politely and making sure to cover his shoes and the work area to keep everything clean and tidy. He took the time to offer useful advice on my boiler usage. I’m very happy with the work, and will definitely be contacting Philip again for next year's service. Highly recommended! Thanks again.

Jones Heating serviced my system boiler and cylinder , and diagnosed and repaired a fault on my cylinder. The engineer was punctual and well-organised, and provided a thorough and efficient service at a fair price and in a professional manner.

I would recommend Jones Heating who provided friendly and helpful customer service. We had an issue with our boiler making a whistling noise, they were quick to respond to our message and resolved the issue promptly. They even fixed the water pressure in our shower while visiting as we mentioned it was a problem even though we had not logged a call specifically to fix this issue. Really appreciate them going over and above to help.

Two separate occasions, one to solve a header tank leak and one to solve a hot water system not working.
On both occasions the problem was quickly identified and was completely resolved.
Our whole interaction was efficient , organised and friendly.
Most definitely one of the best traders we have ever used, we have no hesitation in recommending or reusing.

Replaced boiler in house. Replaced radiator in a bedroom. Advised of what type of boiler we needed. Came back to make certain all work was done. Quote was very good.Quality of work excellent.Explained everything clearly and patiently. Back up service excellent. A pleasure to have in our home.

Following some recurring problems with new boiler (fitted badly by another company!) I was recommended Philip by a number of neighbours. He came same day to fix the immediate issue and returned a week later to do the permanent work to repair. Extremely professional, tidy and transparent in billing. No further problems with my boiler now. He will now be my go to for my annual servicing etc

Phil turned up when promised. He located the problem quickly, explained the costs throughly. Fixed the problem and explained by boiler system to me., highlighting the override switch I was unaware off.
Would use again for sure, will be getting my annual service completed by him in future.
