We had our old balcony uplifted which involved removing the wooden decking, the original felt and the original wooden structure.

We then had insulation installed then 18mm ply on top then a membrane throughout to provide a completly waterproof balcony.

We also chose to have the recommended non slip material added.

From our first phone call to Dougie right through to finished job our experience was of an efficient, helpful, friendly service.

We used Quinn Roofing and Building services recently. Our old flat roof was stripped and replaced with single ply membrane since we had water leaking into our back rooms. They were quick, reliable and offered the most competitive quote. We had to call them back to fix a minor water leak after the job was done and it was fixed within an hour. Very pleased with the service after a few bad experiences with other companies. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

Dougie and his lads replaced all the ridge tiles on my roof after recent storm damage. All the old cemented ridge tiles were removed and a new HIP system was fitted. The lads never stopped over 2 days and did a great job; they took away all the waste a left the place tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for any roofing work.

I got a full roof replacement including leadwork, insulation and guttering. The service was outstanding. Dougie was very quick with a quote and start date. Brilliant value for money. No interuptions and noise kept to a minimum during work. Cleaned up every night. Would highly recommend.

Replaced the rough casting on our house. Turned up on the day agreed. They worked very hard and completed the job on time and on budget. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend them.

Had my my skylight removed and tiled over, got a very reasonable quote from Dougie for the work. The guys that came to do the work were very friendly and carried out the job, clearing up and taking everything away with them. I contacted Dougie as we needed both of our false chimneys removed and the coping stones extended and finished in lead. The work was carried out to the highest standard possible. Dougie and Stevie never stopped working whilst they were here, very friendly and accommodating. Once completed they took time to clear everything away and leave it all very tidy. Great experience.Had a horrific quote for roof repair after the storm so phoned for other estimates and Mr Quinn arrived promtly , gave a realistic price ( 10% of original quote!!)to deliver just what was required and came quickly , did the job well and would recommend very highly to anyone .
