James was amazing to deal with. We had wind damage to the ridge on our roof which he came over and put a temporary fix on straight away as I asked, while I contacted my insurance company. Once I was ready to have the work done I contacted him again. He gave me a set timescale, arrived on time, kept me informed of the work he was doing by showing us progress photos. Very happy with his work. He is very friendly also.
