Mark and his team replaced the slate roof, lead flashing and guttering on my Victorian house which also has 3 Dormers and 2 Velux windows on the roofline.

I had a complete roof replacement, comprising of roof, dormer, all facias and guttering.
JMR roofing ( Mark and his brilliant team) were outstanding from start to finish, and I would recommend them without hesitation. The quality of the workmanship and materials for the roof replacement was in my opinion excellent, done within the time frame agreed and with value second to none.
Halfway thro, Problems occurred, due to me changing my mind regarding roof verges and in no way the fault of Mark. He took these changes in his stride and still completed the work within the same time and cost !
Apart from the above, Mark is genuinely a nice bloke ! Very helpful and literally bends over backwards to help in any way he can. Totally trustworthy and reliable. This also applies to his family based team and again I would genuinely recommend them for any roof work required.

I own a hotel and had an ongoing leak in a bedroom which only, leaked when the wind was in a certain direction. Other tradesman had looked at it, one told me it was from an overhead water tank, another said it was because my back wall needed pointing and so it went on, for five years we couldn’t get to the bottom of it. It took Mark half an hour with a hose pipe to figure it out. Water was entering the building across a gurda on the fire escape, it was as simple as that, he fixed it and I’ve never had a problem since. Now Mark is my “turn to” tradesman he’s like the fourth emergency service. Mark turns up when he says he will, he’s reliable, reasonably priced but above all else I trust Mark implicitly and have no hesitation in recommending him.

We have used JMR twice now and have been extremely happy with service and quality of work both times. Great communication, very friendly and very high standard of work. Would highly recommend.

We had a leak where water was pouring into our integral garge. We initially suspected that this was coming from the roof. Mark came and assessed the job the day after we called him and carried out the initial work promptly and to a high standard. Unfortunately the roof proved not to be teh source of the leak and Mark tenaciously carried on with the job until the source was found (asking for no extra payment). The source turned out to be a window frame that had not been correctly sealed by the builder. If it had not been for Mark's hard work it would have taken much longer to find and resolve the problem. We found Mark to be extremely hard working and relaible always turning up when he said he would and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and have dne so on several occasions.

Never having replaced a roof before, we approached this process with a bit of trepidation.
We obtained a number of quotes from local companies. Most were slightly cheaper than JMR, but we chose JMR, as we were impressed with their openness and professional approach.
And pleased we did.
This was a first class job, completed to schedule.
