We had new hot water cylinder installed in our farmhouse. JW Wishart Plumbing provided an excellent service; from a prompt visit to provide a quote to efficient installation by friendly professionals. I was very impressed by their service and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I am 90 years old and had a major problem at about 6.15 on 30 September. A retired plumber (friend) recommended the said company - fast, efficient, friendly service. All done and dusted by Wednesday 2 October. Very satisfied with the way that my daughter and Wisharts sorted this.

We needed our v old boiler replacing and our local trades declined to service.
We’re in a listed building on a High St, with the boiler located up two flights of stairs. Some new plumbing was required to support the newer system and roof work too. Not the simplest of jobs.
The Wishart team quoted, advised, managed our expectations, delivered, followed up on a consequential radiator leak (more system pressure) with grace and goodwill.
We would recommend every one of the team for their parts in offering a great service at an honest price and any problems tackled with good humour and competence. Highly recommmended.

Prompt (same day) temporary repair of house central heating, down because of an attic leak into the electrics of the gas boiler, with the replacement part and finished repair implemented the following day, at the time projected.

Wisharts installed a full gas heating system 13 years ago. They carried out our annual boiler service last week. They replaced our old boiler for a new boiler. Always excellent, very prompt service. Workers all very pleasant and always clean up properly after themselves (unlike lots of Tradesmen nowadays). Girl in the office very helpful and polite, always gets things done promptly. Will definitely continue to use Wishart plumbers.

J W Wishart installed a new boiler and new shower/shower cubicle and new wash hand basin/vanity unit for my mum. Firstly from start to finish customer care was evident to be a high priority - no matter who you spoke with whether it was the office or the workmen, they were helpful, polite and considerate.

The work was done to a very high standard and they did what they said they would do, when they said they would. That is rare these days!!

I had a replacement boiler fitted. John, who fitted it was pleasant, tidy and answered all the questions I had, knowledgeably. He was able to spot a previous fitting error with the programmer and corrected it.
Overall I was extremely happy with the service.

J W Wishart installed a combi boiler and gas warm air heating in my flat in January 2023. In January 2024, they carried out its first service at a very reasonable cost.
From my initial contact with them, to the recent work they done , they have been very professional. The lady in the office kept me informed about who and when the engineers were coming. They were always punctual and very friendly.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
