We had no heating, hot water etc as our boiler was needing replacing. Although very busy the plumbers fitted us in and had everything up and running in no time. We appreciated this very much. They arrived on time and were very efficient.

We had a quite an old back boiler central heating system which was long overdue for replacement. We contacted J W Wishart to have the old system removed and a new "combi" boiler fitted along with new radiators throughout the house. Scott Wishart came out to give an estimate for the work, (which we considered to be a very good price). He showed a clear understanding of what was required and we were happy to go ahead with the installation. Work was started first thing on the day agreed. I was very impressed by the organisation shown by the team, their professionalism and standard of work. They worked solidly from start to finish and were also very polite, considerate and cleaned up well on completion. Definitely a credit to the company. The other trades required, such as the plasterer and electrician, arrived on time and were to a similar high standard. I would have no hesitation using J W Wishart again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

J W Wishart installed a replacement boiler for us 2 years ago which was all done very professionally and efficiently. To maintain our boiler warranty we require to have it serviced each year and we have just had our second annual service by the company. We receive a reminder from them, then make contact to book an appointment. Again this is done very professionally. The company are very reliable and turn up precisely when agreed (we live in Edinburgh) . Just prior to our service we receive a phone-call asking us to switch the boiler off for the engineer to work on it. All good, and we have no hesitation in recommending J W Wishart to others.

Have been using Wisharts for years and a few years ago had a new combi boiler fitted. Workmanship as usual was excellent ,no mess is left. We also have yearly maintenance done by them. If there is a problem in the interim which cannot be fixed by a phone call then they will come to the house to fix.

Flood underneath house. I knew from first call to Linzi she was going to help us. they came out that afternoon and Connor sorted first leak which was the worst one then came back on the Monday and done second one, all done and sorted.

Connor is a credit to their Company, polite, nothing too much trouble and got on with the job.
